Betonline nhl futures 2019 grading

I made quite a few bets on nhl futures back in 2019 and I can't see how these were graded in my betting history. From searching the forum I can see that all bets on division winners were refunded. What about the following:

1) Regular season points o/u (e.g. CAR o95.5p)

2) Team X makes/misses the playoffs (e.g. NYR misses the playoffs)

3) NHL awards, e.g. Art Ross winner and Calder winner

4) Player prop futures, e.g. Burns u75.5 points and vs bets (e.g. Tavares more goals than Laine - I could see the latter being graded instead of cancelled)

All answers much appreciated.

Just to correct something- they graded division winners as winners and refunded the losers. Not all division winners were refunded. They did far better than that.

The problem is, what is correct? 24 teams made the playoffs instead of 16, so do you grade the bets according to this or just refund everything? I would guess all player props were canceled but don't know for sure and CS doesn't seem to know either.
