No.They ban before the document approved and they did not warn me about account is disabled. Contacted the support said account permanent closed and final. it was per management decision and the support dont even know why i got disabled. the only information is per management decision. which kinda weird and an email sent to the document approved i was like well they got identity information kinda sucks not even deposit yet and i got my account disabled.Comment -

Nope. No idea. Just placed a dozen bets a few years ago. When I asked them to reinstate my inactive account three weeks ago, they informed me that my account has been closed due to "management decision". I'm from Germany BTW.Originally posted by GlazerGlassComment -

As long as they did not keep your money they can refuse service without a complete explanation if they want to. :\.Comment
