UPDATE: They emailed me about fraud and are asking for verification information. I sent them my Drivers License, Selfie holding ID, and Two letters for proof of address.

I had a huge mess with them last year. They paid out, but I had to basically dump back $1200 in the casino to finish a completely ridiculous 80k rollover with max bets at like $20

Do they still have that rule of anything over 1000 bonus cash each bet only counts half towards Rollover ?

They said it was something with the KYS verification. I sent the the required information and the gave me back access to the account. I am not sure about the bonus cash rollover thing.
