    Low Vig cancels legit bet???
A bet I made yesterday on Russian hockey, Under 7.5 Ledoviy Desant vs Ershistye Tigry was canceled after they played (E.T. won 5-1). I emailed LV with the box score and they quickly regraded the bet as a winner. Then last night, I check my account and they reversed the correction back to a Cancel. Low Vig is saying that LD and ET were scheduled to play 2 games yesterday, and that I bet the earlier game which was canceled (really?). There was only one game line on these 2 teams that I ever saw, and a game was played between them--so the bet should stand, right? I think LV voided a legit winner, and is unwilling to correct it.

Sofascore does show that there were two scheduled matches yesterday, and the earlier one has no result...

    (times are Aussie)

I appreciate the info. However, how do I know which game I wagered on? There was only game line on those 2 teams when I wagered yesterday. The ticket shows the time I wagered (6:05 am Eastern) but not the official game time.

From sofascore times... looks like first game was supposed to go off at 8.50am ET

And yeah, I don't know how to tell/prove which game they intended your bet for from this side either. :\

Second game would be at 10.50am ET btw, if the 00:50 time shown means 12:50am Monday morning Aussie time.

Seems close times to have two games scheduled.

Linked thread to hockey forum and maybe some reg bettors can help us with exactly what went on.

I wonder if it was just the one game scheduled and the start time had to be pushed back. If so, the bet should stand. Maybe someone more familiar with Russian hockey can explain what occurred. Thanks for linking this to the hockey forum.

Do you think Sofascore would have two listings if that was the case?

                I'm thinking they wouldn't.

I honestly don't know. I've seen teams play twice a day before with these shortened games (30 min), but always with different opponents from my limited experience (3 months betting these games). I just find it odd that lines were not up for both of the games of this "doubleheader". Also, why did the first game get canceled? First time I had a bet canceled with these games. Just want to know what happened.

After several attempts to resolve this with Low Vig, they sent me an email today that their decision is final.

I filed a complaint via email this afternoon. In the past 3 days of back and forth emails, Low Vig has provided no proof that 2 games were originally scheduled between LD and ET. A bet that I made on this same game at another book was graded w/o incident. I just want LV to justify their cancelation.
