Are there any sportsbook exchanges available to US players

I used to use Matchbook sportsbook which I really liked. I was eventually refunded my $ when they cutoff access to US players.

Are there any such exchanges available to US players right now??

the best and easiest option is Fairlay though it is BTC exclusive and second on the list which is actually #1 for me since i do horses a lot is orbitx via Agent Odsy88. they are outstanding

Orbitx have to access via agent...go to odsy88 site and chat them to set u up a account.
They are very good CS have to vpn to use orbitx
