Nowhere to signup on website, no phone number ,email, or live chat. uses .com. I'd say 95.7 percent chance its a scam. Only play with legit books. No reason to take chances with these unknown places.

Got a spam call from them yesterday. Told the guy I was driving and then blocked the number.

Got a 2nd spam call today from a new number. I asked if they have a Twitter account (big red flag if a book doesn't) and the guy goes "No it got suspended"

They're not even trying. Most PPHs at least have a Twitter presence

Keep getting phone calls, texts, emails from them. It is getting pretty annoying. Even if they turn out reputable I won't bother cause of the harassment.

I got a call from BigBetBiz.ag

Anyone have information about them? They seem like a joke/scam. First they said they've been around to decades. Then they said they would even give me freeplay prior to a deposit. Lastly, the person I was on the phone with was being aggressively pressing the issue of a deposit offering all types of promotions.

They are associated with cashbet.ag whom I made a deposit with. You’ll notice *********** is the recipient of cashapp/Venmo transactions on both websites. I would avoid this book. I placed a 3 leg parlay and they changed the odds after I placed the bet.

With all due respect (because I appreciate the info you provide on this site), an book with no history here paying out one player multiple times doesn't really prove anything.

I have no idea what to think of them, but I remain skeptical of any new book on the scene until they've built up a reputation.

Deposited twice with them. First time with a bonus, lost my ars. Came back second deposit no bonus, tripled up my $600, cashed out no problem. Didn't sweat me for any past bonus rollover crap like I've experienced at other shops. Did mention some loyalty 5% BS stuff, but I passed. Props are lacking, Live is cool. My NFL was set at 1k and 500 GAME DAY!, (petty for calling themselves "big" bet). Asked them to raise them, they said they did. Never bet over my previous to verify though. Hit them up about the other site, they said strictly credit. Asked how to get on, they said they only deal with Cali and NY.
Added bonus for me, I told them I've been in CR since Covid started, they were cool with it, unlike 5D. Betonline.ag was also cool with it, but made me send a copy of my passport stamp and selfie when I requested a payout (even though they're in Panama).

The good: paid, and were cool, no payout fee (bitcoin)

The Bad: low limits, not a whole lot of prop selections, sight was a bit funky. Let me do initial deposit with CC, but then on 2nd deposit said it wasn't an option (initial was only $350). Unsolicited call (my Text Now line which was only registered with betonline.ag, gtbets and 5d

)

Conclusion: Bag a bonus or two, cool. But definitely wouldn't let my account build up to real numbers before cashing out. Been bit more than once, worst being Cascade

I never said they didn’t pay Steve now did I? Can you not read? I said they changed odds on my parlay after I placed it. Also if you look into their rules and regulations they have ridiculous policies, such as they can void a bet if you parlay the same team more than once, fact check me all you want. Their site is filled with errors.

bigbetbiz.ag is legit

Been using them for a few months and I wanted to share my experience so far which has been positive:

They have excellent customer service, deposit and payouts. There is always someone a phone call away to assist with anything you need and every experience has been a positive one so far. Clear communication and timely resolution.

Multiple options for deposits and payouts. Deposits are almost instant once you get the account started. Payouts are the fastest I have ever seen. This one is big for me, I hate waiting a week+ for payouts! The payouts have been almost instant of course depending on the method chosen.

Nothing is perfect, the one issue has been the app, it's a bit hard to get used to for making multiple straight bets or parlays, but they have been updating their website, hoping there are some updates to the backend as well. Not a deal breaker though their customer service and payouts are more important for me... If you are looking for a new book and sick of slow payouts and multiple ID verifications every time, I would recommend bigbetbiz.ag.

1 post does raise a red flag, but given he's been around since 14, not so much.
But in the same breath the title "Legit" in a platform that promotes giants like Pinny seems a bit premature given they've only been around about a year. I also had a pleasant experience with them that I posted about in another thread, but legit legit books are ones that can stand the test of time.

The other side of the coin is that legit books get tons of bad reviews in here as well. I'm constantly seeing complaints against Bovada in here, yet I know a dozen guys that swear by them! If you're not playing steam, arbing, and the like, most shops wont give you a problem, even if you're sharp. They'll cut your limits or ask you to leave, but they wont do you dirty.

That said, loading up an account, or letting some winnings ride, in a book with less than a year's worth of history is a recipe for disaster if you ask me. Too many other options that have been showing consistency year in and year out. And if your complaint is that most the big boys have trash customer service, which I would agree with, then you can still go with Betonline.ag which has decent limits, fast payouts, and next level customer service IMO.

I just hit the guy on the text option. Hit him up for a re-up bonus, told me 10% but only through bitcoin. Pass. DSI has been blasting me with their 100% up to $250, added with my favorite live platform, I gotta take it.
