Which sportsbooks allow parlays on single MLB games
Some of the books that I deal with allow parlays of money lines and totals on the same MLB game. Others will not. Does anyone deal with a sportsbook that will allow this?

If some of your Sports Books that you allegedly deal with allow it, why are you asking the question? Obviously your statement is B.S.

From last year...
Pinnacle doesn't.
Betonline does.
Bookmaker does if you aren't a pro player.
Bovada does.
US State books (like Fanduel) typically don't allow any in-game parlays, even those with almost 0 correlation.

Different books have different odds at any point in time. When you want to make a wager, it makes sense to use the book with the best odds at that moment. Therefore the more options you have, the better the potential return.
