I've just been done dirty by BetDSI. I need to take a shower.
First, let's look at the only terms for this promotion which have anything to do with eligibility.
I opted in to this program near the end of April as instructed and was given confirmation that I was signed up. I've been patiently waiting and contacting their customer support over the past week and a half, ever since MLB started again. This last time they finally told me that I am ineligible to receive the bonus because I have been deemed non-recreational.
Excuse me? Wouldn't the time to tell me that have been back in April, when you used this promotion to convince me to keep my money with you for THREE MONTHS? In fact, wasn't that the entire purpose of this promotion? So you get me to keep my money deposited in your book and you keep my bonus too! I hold up my end of the agreement and you cheat your way out of yours!
Mind you, they've never even hinted at the fact that I might be considered non recreational before, so there was no way for me to know. Not that it even matters, since their terms and conditions make it quite clear that I meet their eligibility requirements for this bonus.
They now refuse to escalate the issue for me as they say upper management has already made it's decision
