hello, as I already answered in previous posts, I wanted to tell you about my experience with betjoe. Below are photos of one of the many conversations with customer support. Customer support responds, if you are lucky, once a day. The first case is a € 100 withdrawal, I only get € 85.15 and to date they still haven't given me the difference. In the meantime, I win and arrive for a sum of € 1055.83. I ask for the withdrawal and they ask me to proceed via bitcoin. (I attach the photo of the email). As you can read, the support makes fun of me, tells me that on Monday he would have confirmed the withdrawal but he won't pay me. Today is Tuesday and then, after other emails (still waiting for answers) I proceed requesting the withdrawal by bank transfer. Further updates coming soon. Now I am also sending this post to the SBR, asking if it can help me further. I urgently need this money and betjoe plays and jokes with the lives of others.
