    Hello! I am poker player. Betfair blocked my account after two deposits in the amount of *****. Betfair does not return money for 2.5 months. After I made a deposit I didn't play. Total on my account: *****

    I understand that such a huge amount of my 2 deposits looks suspicious. But i try to manage my money evenely in the póker rooms, everybody remembers black friday. I thought Betfair was very reliable institution…

    We would like to inform you that these were accepted, however, we are as yet pending source of wealth documentation.
    Kindly provide evidence of poker winnings and their subsequent use to fund your Betfair account or evidence.

    The relevant team has gotten back in touch with us, and has informed us that we still require source of wealth documents that show your earnings from other betting companies.
    These will need to be in the form of profit and loss statements from these companies. Unfortunately, documents showing these funds being transferred to your payment methods are not enough by themselves.

    I sent a full audit from pokerstars for this year. I won $ 89,000 and you can see withdrawals to my bank account and to skrill. I sent a screenshot of the pokerstars account where you can see the full compliance of personal data. I can send pokerstars audit to the moderator.

    20 days later ... Betfair answered me:

    Hi
    I hope this e-mail finds you in good health.
    I am contacting you with regard to your documents.
    We would kindly need you to send through any Profit & Loss from other bookmakers (Lifetime or year by year break down) in a PDF format along with a bank statement showing said winnings reaching your account.

    I suspect this is due ...

    “Online sports betting exchange Betfair is cutting off its Russian customers on the same day its parent company Flutter Entertainment completed its mega-merger with PokerStars’ parent The Stars Group (TSG).Betfair’s Russian customers woke Tuesday to discover that the site had “taken the decision to close its websites for all existing Russian customers.” The site is no longer accepting new customer registrations and existing customers have been given until May 18 to withdraw the funds in their accounts.”


    I decided to continue communication through resolver.co.uk. I sent my lifetime report (two years) from a poker party. I attached pdf files:

    1.Financial Histories history (deposits or withdrawals)
    2.Game movement history.
    3. skrill reports pdf

    I made deposits: ********
    I made withdrawals: ********


    This is report skrill pdf . A total of 13 files per transaction.

            You deposited about 17100 made balance 18100 and didnt play?

            maybe its because you didn't rollover once?

            Think most of the bookmaker's make you rollover initial deposit once before you can withdraw

              I think I would try IBAS as they suggested instead of resolver.

              But I would also ask a solicitor to submit the claim and give you advice from this point.

              If you have supplied this much information and the staff are still unwilling to make a decision either way, they may need a push.

              That's true. And what they will still probably make him do after approving the account again. But doubt it's an issue in this step.
