    Heritage customer service
I love heritage.. Ive used them ALMOST exclusively for about 8 years, and i wager about 300k-500k a year (pre-covid).. Im so friggin tired about anytime i have an issue and i contact their customer service that they are so rude and act like im such an inconvenience of their precious time.. Their responses by phone or chat are always so rude and condescending... Im moving books permanently after my latest interaction. I asked to raise my limits on asia baseball up from 250/100 Straight/parlay up, the guy said no, i said ok, ill have to use another site, and he simply replied saying "If thats what you choose to do thats fine".. If you dont want to raise limits fine, just be better, say, sorry but those are our max limits and we cannot move them.. i just hope that their rep on here reads this.. if you wanna be rude to a $25 bettor, fine.. but people that bet 500-2000 a game, stop being so rude to any time they ask a simple question

and this is how they act towards any simple question .. constantly just rude.. you could probably chat and say "hey, love you guys" and they would probably reply and say "is that all you need?"

I have noticed that as well. They once offered supreme CS and really valued their customers. Things changed years ago when they took over a few sports books customer base, heritage got huge and the personal touch went out the window.

Fair enough to not like them and move if that is your opinion.

But a bit self entitled for you to be the first one to be "rude" to a person just passing on info for you, and then come on here crying that they were rude to you in reply by daring to say go ahead and do as you choose.

Why is it ok to be rude to smaller players, but expect special treatment because you bet much more? Seriously, you come off as an entitled douche.

              This.

OP, maybe they'll stop being rude to you if you bet 10k a game.

Heritage customer service is rude. Just had similar issue. Maybe just used to bookmaker eu customer service.

Yeah, OP's odd complaint notwithstanding, there's not much argument that their CS is uniquely rude compared to other offshore books. I don't know why. I don't have an issue with them overall. I just find this very strange.

I don't think any of your CS reps have been outright rude to me in the many years I've played at Heritage. However I have often received misinformation on bonus eligibility (i.e. the current Bonus Boost) and outages involving your current website (standard reply is to "clear your cookies" when in fact the problem is on Heritage's end). By no means do I blame your reps for this. Rather I think that they haven't received correct information from management and tech support in a timely manner. Just my 2 cents and meant to be constructive.

So I didnt go further on my question with heritage. To anyone that is pissy about me being irritated, i really dont care what you think, over 8 years exclusively at one book, asking for good customer service should not be a "Karen" thing to ask for.. Whoever said why shouldnt the $25 bettor be treated the same, you are 100% correct, and i am wrong in that..

However, ill give credit when credit is due. I guess CS looked into this after Insider replied. They just called me on the phone, this guy, i think he said his name was Jimmy, was extremely nice and polite, they upped the limits and gave me a free play.

I do really appreciate the Heritage CS rep on here for looking into it and resolving the issue. And i have no problem coming back here to make myself look like a douche when they came through..

And to the CS rep on here, I will make sure next time i have an issue, to notify you first via message and not put up a post. I do want people to know how heritage handled the situation.

This is why i said in the original post that i do love heritage, and im happy that i am not going to leave because they are the best book.
