I know this forum is more for sports betting but im looking for advice on how to handle my slots bonus dispute with a book that is rated A+ on here.

Was spinning 4 dollars a spin hit bonus and once spins started got disconnected. Usually i can go back into game and they just continue but this time just gone.

Got on chat explained situation and after they checked with processor admitted there was a bonus still waiting and to log on and play.

Tried and still wasnt loading bonus. Got back on chat and they sent back to processor and then said session was closed by them and would offer me 10 free spins worth a dollar each.

Was actually insulted by that offer. I was spinning 4 dollars a spin and had 10 free games coming to me. How is 10 dollars worth of spins the equivalent.

They then offered 25 and then 50 dollar comps for casino which i still declined and wanted to talk to a manager.

Still awaiting a reply from one but am looking for advice on what i should be looking for on reasonable compensation. Im not looking for a payday or anything like that but i still want whats fair.

the 40 dollar spins arent nornal spins. they are bonus spins.

it depends on the game, i dont know if americans have the latest slots, some can pay upto 2000+ times stake in the bonus. even 10000.

so it would need the average of the bonus payout of that game.

top of my head, id say 50x4 is reasonable. PLUS id want a compenation for fking me around with offers of 25 and they days waiting.

I mean 10 $1 free plays is the book taking a shot hoping he takes it. Its the equivalent of a mis deal on blackjack, with the dealer taking your 200 bet and replacing it with, $10 free play stakes not returned. yay.

What game was it? The provider will know what the RTP of the bonus round is and obviously it will be more than 10x lol. Most likely 50x to 100x

Exactly what cashin81 mentioned. Its not a normal 10 spins at $4 which obviously equals 40. Its a bonus that has much higher multipliers and winning percentage.

What i found weird was at first they said the processor confirmed there is a bonus session waiting to be played and to login and try.

When i did try and it still wasnt working they automatically closed the session?
Like why wasnt there anything else they could try to get the bonus to work on my end.

Has me thinking they saved their ass alot of winnings.
Anyway i dont know if this is possible or not but can they not just let the game run with no winnings until the bonus hits again and then enable real winnings with my $4 spin amount.

Thats what i would want. Just to have it back to where it was when it disconnected on me.

If its Bovada, the other thread they own their own slots... so you cant even check with provider. Normally provider will know the payout.

Just because you disconnect, doesnt mean you dont get paid.
