    Sportsbetting.ag Bitcoin deposit issue
Last Wednesday I made a Bitcoin deposit to bet on some esports csgo. Everything great like normal. Shortly after I made another deposit because they finally posted a line and didn't have to go to another book. I went through the normal process and brought up the deposit screen. I thought I clicked on the address where it normally would copy the address, but clearly I didn't as I accidentally sent to the previous deposit address. Out of the many deposits this is the second time I've ever done this. I did it with 5dimes and I apologized and they fixed within a hour.... Now on sportsbetting, not so easy.
I explained to the first cs rep and she saw on blockchain my two deposits to the same address. She seemed helpful and she would pass along to get fixed. She stated your typical 24-48. Ok fine. I waited the 48 hours then nothing. I contacted support again and stated they would send to escalation department. I think within a hour I received an email that be the end of the day I could be credited. Ok cool. This is Friday night. I then contacted them Saturday since of course, I didn't have the funds. I had been patient. This rep wasn't as friendly. He referred me to the email. I then referred him to the email stating that should be credited by the of the day waiting on back end processing. I then try to get answers and he disconnects chat. I give it Sunday to cool off. I contact yesterday and spoke with someone who says it's escalated again and that someone will be working on it and should be settled in a few hours. Here we are . Nothing. This seems like a really simple issue to fix. Has anyone ever done something similar?? I really need help. It's only about 150 dollars.

I did it in the early days of sportsbooks accepting bitcoins. Withdrew from one sportsbook and accidentally sent it to an address I used to deposit at another book. It was a large amount so I was sweating bullets for a little while. Not your exact situation but rest assured they can easily fix it WHEN they want to. File a complaint, SBR can light a fire under their ass. The book has no reason to help you, they already got your money. SBR and this thread will give them a reason.

Thanks. Glad to hear yours was fixed. I wish they were going to be honest with me. Every time they tell me they have someone working on it. You are right, this should be easily fixed. I sent off my information yesterday to sbr, so we will see. Honestly about a month ago, I had a problem with the betonline during a live wager that they basically returned my wager hours later without my winnings. It wasn't a bad line, it if where it should have been. I sent to sbr with my information because they were giving me the "we will look into it" for days til you finally give up lol. I never heard anything from sbr. I hope they can at least help me here.

Its just tactic man. I mean I can send bitcoin from my wallet to 10 different people in 30 minutes.

For them it takes over 3,4 days on average sometimes weeks lol

I mean you try to reason with them and if you can't guess this is the place you hammer them with

Lol yes, I hate the stalling tactic. I'm sure it works more often that not.

6th times the charm! Talked to CS and now it shows up in my account while talking to him. I guess persistence is the key... Only took 6 days lol.

A stalling tactic to achieve what exactly? The money is not in OP's account, so he cannot spend it. If anything, Sportsbetting has a profit incentive to credit this guy's account ASAP.

I know it's frustrating sometimes, but I think we have to understand that the volume of escalated complaints can be very large for the larger offshore books. Just look at how quickly the incremental wager number grows in between 2 bets that you place in a short amount of time. That will give you an idea of how much volume their dealing with on a daily basis. I'm sure the delay is simply due to backlog and you'll get your money. The BetOnline family is not a problem.

Well, they kept on telling me previously about a wager issue that they were looking into it. I checked back for a week and a half and kept in getting told they would let me know something soon. It was only a 100, so I just have up. It definitely worked on me there.
We can understand the volume all day long, but don't give me a timeframe then EVERY time I contact don't tell me someone is working on it as we speak. I do have chat logs and emails stating this. If you are honest with me as a customer, I won't make a big deal out of it. If you tell me it could be a week, fine. Maybe I'm wrong to hold people/business to their word. Regardless, this issue was straightened out and I'm now satisfied.

Okay; sure, that sounds frustrating. And I think we’ve all been there from time to time. But we were talking about OP’s issue specifically, and intentionally stalling makes absolutely no sense here.
