#22Solid move. And if that doesn't work -- and sometimes for me it doesn't -- using the Tor browser set to "Standard" safety level usually does the trick (to adjust Tor's safety level, click the button immediately to the right of the typing box).
For reasons I don't understand, Tor's really good at fixing the "spinning circle forever" problem wherever you might encounter it:
-- Logging into BKR
-- Clicking "Cashier" at BKR, Wagerweb, Heritage or Carib.
-- Creating a new account at Heritage or Wagerweb.Comment -

#23If you can't get it to work just do Ctrl+Shift+ N for incognito mode and it works, or clear cookies. I still cant get it to work in Chrome without doing that.Comment -

#30If folks are still having trouble, try this quick fix: When the spinning thingy starts spinning, click the Reload Page key (in Chrome, it's in the upper left, the circle icon which might switch to an X.)
And if that doesn't work, this might:
1. Download the Tor browser (it's just another browser, like Chrome, but based on Firefox with some increased privacy features). It's a quick download and easy to install: https://www.torproject.org/download/
2. Immediately to the right of the typing box, click the icon and reduce the safety level to "Standard."
3. Go to BKR and login. If BKR home page looks weird at first, reduce the Zoom from 100% to 90% or 80%. The Zoom feature's right on the front panel, about an inch to the right of the typing box.
4. Heh, and no worries, the process is easier than I made it sound in the above 3 steps. You can def be done in 5 mins.Last edited by MeanPeopleSuck; 04-24-20, 02:34 AM.Comment -

#33I don’t know about all this. I work in IT and can’t think for the life of me why this would make a difference. I have a feeling that just by the time you are done doing all this bookmaker has restarted their web services and got it working again. Why would it work 99% of the time but then for 1% of the time you need a different browser ?
My guess on why is that Tor's entire reason for existing is to enhance the privacy of the user (read: so people can access the DW), so every time you close it, it automatically clears all cookies / saved pages / browser history, etc., which other browsers don't do and I think somewhere in there is where the Cashiers and Login pages sometimes have trouble.
Basically, Tor is a more extreme version of an Incognito window, which some folks have reported success with.Comment -

#34I'm currently seeing this when I try to access from my home:
Error 1015
You are being rate limited
The owner of this website (www.bookmaker.eu) has banned you temporarily from accessing this website.
I literally got this the first time I tried to access the site today, so it's not like I tried tons of times and actually got rate limited.
I can connect from LTE on my phone so it's not my specific account.Comment -
