How long do bookmaker checks take?

I just received a $2500 check from them. I requested it on Monday. Pretty fast if you ask me.

I don't know if it depends on your area you live in but I'm in California they sent it pretty quick I'm impressed especially cuz no one's betting on sports right now & I kinda expected more of a delay time figuring they dont have much money coming in at the moment

Heritage is the best--- maybe 8 days--- worked with me getting things resolved- credit unions and banks not willing to accepept canadiann checks due to 3rd party processors not available right now-- WF-BA -BBVA - finally found a local bank that family does banking with. Still 50 dollar charge to be sent in for collection--- breaks of the game--thanks Heritage for the offer to help this morning--- I got things done the old fashioned way gl all

I get Bookmaker checks in 1-3 days. Seriously, I've received them next business day several times. Well worth the $50 fee.

That was annoying to deposit. Was at the bank for like half an hour and had to sign a form and they are charging minimum $85 in fees.

What are best banks for Canadian checks? Any that let you deposit in ATM? I absolutely hate doing crap like this in person. They were calling the bank on the check, and looking through my account history, asking me all these questions. The manager was getting obnoxious with me and said I should get it electronically deposited next time. Guess she didn't feel like doing work.
