Skrill problem

    Skrill problem
    I keep getting this error when I try to upload money to Pinnacle:
    Your transaction was declined. Please retry your transaction. If the problem persists please contact Skrill Customer Service for assistance.

    I tried different bookmaker and still the same error. I did everything I could find online (cleared cookies, used different browser, different device) and nothing changes... and Skrill doesn't asnwer me, I contacted them through their website... Money is for gambling, I didn't choose non-gambling... Any advice what to do next???

    Call them, they will say to youfirstly to switch browser,clean cookies etc(almost never doesn't work) and then to wait 24 hours and then it will be ok.
    They have some automatic security system which they can't manually override. It's important that you don't try any transaction for 24hours

        I called them (UK number from Serbia...) and waited for someone to answer for almost 10 minutes (all operators are busy) before I was asked to leave my number... I left my number and hopefully they will call me, but I am afraid they will not do it...

          I have already written you solution, same one they will give to you(happened to me plenty times in past): simply wait 24 hours without attempting any transaction

            Thanks mate, I understood that I have to call them and then wait for 24 hours... lets see what will happen tomorrow then

              24 hours passed and again the same problem... any ideas what should I do next??? They still don't reply to my email and they didn't call me of course...

                Did you try sending money to some friend. Try for few euro,if it works it may be you upload and didnt check box for gambling.

                  Well waiting always worked for me. Try smaller sum afterwards.
                  It's not due to non-gambling, it's simply their security flag. Maybe he logged in different IP or uploaded higher sum at once...waiting email from them nowadays is too long, try calling them in some different hours

                      Thanks guys sending to a friend worked, I just can't upload to a bookmaker...

                      Yes, it is not due to non-gambling, it shows different error when that is the case. And it wasn't big money (around 100 EUR) and I always use same computer so I have no idea what went wrong!

                      I will have to call again then

                        And what about to try to contact Pinnacle directly ? They usually answer within 15-45 minutes. I also sent you a PM, but not sure, if it helps...

                          it will be better you call them directly ..cause every time you send them an email , automatcly you pass to the end of the list.

                            Ask them in their twitter page. Used to reply very fast when i tried it.

                              @SBE, thanks mate, I tried to answer your PM, but I couldn't as I don't have 40 posts here. You gave me a good idea with mobile phone, I will try that! I don't think that problem is on Pinnacle's side, but since there is nothing to lose I will probably write them as well

                              @Peraltabet, I already called them and they stood me up, I would call again, but I am afraid that my phone bill will be huge
