I did file a complaint. I just recieved a mail, account is still unavailable.

We are contacting you in regard to your bet reference HH8530595801F. This bet was initially settled incorrectly as a winner and we have since resettled the market as per our betting rules and adjusted your account accordingly.

However, before we resettled the market, you requested a withdrawal to be made from your account. This withdrawal could not have been made if the bet had been settled correctly. We have therefore cancelled your withdrawal and credited your account with the appropriate amount.

Well that is simpler than what we discussed on live chat.

Sounds like you will be good to go soon. Although it also sounds like your "winnings" may be gone :\

They may have been suspicious you knew it was wrong and tried to get it out before noticed, as to why they suddenly locked your account without notice.

What was the bet they are talking about? Any chance they could suspect a fixed match?

I still can't access my account. The bet was FIFA Quaranteam tournament. I also bet some russian friendlies with very very small stakes.

They will take money you win from that bet and all after that because you bet without money. They will give you some money if you had some left after placing that bet. If you bet 100 on that match and left 0 on you account,your balance will be 0. But if you had 20 then all your next bets will be settled from that 20.

This is what I expect them to do also. Doesn't mean it's right, but this type of behavior is very common.

I doubt there is any standard time frame, and the virus situation could slow things down. I recommend just chilling out for a while. It's out of your hands for the moment.
