#73i deposited 150 on there the same day they cancelled all sports. i expected to gamble on regular sports. ive been a customer 10 years and they would not refund the 150. and made me use it on turkish basketball and cricket which i know nothing about . i asked them since this is not what i deposited for could they at least give me a courtesy of 25 percent of what i deposited they said i could deposit again and had no care in the world i will no longer use them. then they expect you to get a 20 percent bonus if you do not take your money out until sports come back so in other words they want you to help them out till this is over. but yet they say f you when you ask the for a courtesy after 10 years. and yes all regular sports were still in play when i made the deposit then withing a few hours after my deposit everything was cancelled.Comment -

#74They say the highest account balance is used, so if they are not graded before sports resume, I am fairly sure they wont count..Comment -

1) If you have no problem meeting rollover, then there's absolutely no reason not to take free bonus money.
2) A 5X rollover is incredibly small, even if it applied to your entire deposit + bonus.
3) It appears you're unaware that, in this case, the 5X rollover ONLY applies to the 20% bonus.Comment -

#78Only an idiot would leave free money on the table. The 5x RO is on your 20% bonus only. Another way to look at it, and I don't want to strain your brain, but all you have to do is bet your balance/deposit one time and you've cleared a 20% cash bonus.

Exactly!!!!
Broke people don’t leave there money in a non betting period. Nor do they fund a book while waiting if broke!!
This deal is a wise move actualy for people NOT broke...Comment -

#81Hi, guys. Just a couple quick questions about Heritage's offer:
1. I've seen conflicting information as to whether -105 accounts will qualify for the 20% cash bonus. Anybody hear anything definite on this?
2. Do we have to do anything to be eligible for the Heritage bonus (like opting in at BOL/Sing)? It just seems a little out of character for a book so normally tight fisted on bonuses to suddenly give 20% cash to everybody, even folks who don't know the promo exists. Heh, or have I just become jaded?
Thanks VERY much!Comment -

2. As long as you don't make any withdrawals, I believe your bonus will be automatically added once major sports resume. If not, contact Heritage at that time to get it manually added.Last edited by HedgeHog; 03-26-20, 07:43 AM.Comment -

#83Thanks, HedgeHog, I appreciate the info. The other thing I wondered about is whether they'll pay the accounts they've tagged as sharps, but given BTC's current price and the upcoming halvening I think the right answer for those accounts is to forget about the 20% that you can't be sure of, withdraw to crypto and cross your fingers. Heh, that's never worked before, but there's always a first time, right?Comment -

I know you've said this a few times, but people are getting conflicting information FROM Heritage themselves. I really wish SBR could get an official word from Heritage on this and not have to rely on hearsay from a PM to you alone. @Optional ???

#89I have contacted them. The problem is everyone is getting different answers (yes, -105 accounts are eligible / no, they aren't). That's very concerning considering that front line customer service reps don't always have accurate information. That's why I was hoping someone from Heritage management could weigh in with a definitive answer. But if you don't have access to them, then I guess it's not an option.Last edited by DontTailMe; 03-26-20, 05:24 PM.Comment -

#91Dave Mason confirmed that the BOL 20% bonus only applies to available balance, not pending.

I understand the logic, but this policy pretty much makes future bets net losers at BetOnline now.Comment -

#92It's not about trusting anyone. It's that a PM in someone else's inbox does you and me no good when we don't get the bonus for whatever reason. How many times have sportsbooks make mistakes with your account and you were able to correct the situation because you had......evidence?Comment -

#94Yes, that is obvious. I was hoping to get an answer for the entire community since there is conflicting information on this board, which is less than ideal. I could just take worry about myself and never post here, but that's not what we're about, is it?Comment -

Would be nice if an official post was posted.
However this being said . Nowhere on the site under promo and rules does it say -105 not eligible. Therefore would be hard to justify not allowing those people.Comment -

FWIW, I contacted them again and got a different answer this time:
* My -105 account is eligible.
* Unlike BOL, the 20% applies to whatever your available balance is at the time bonus is achieved, not whatever your highest available balance is during the entire period.
* Like BOL, 5X rollover only applies to 20% bonus amount.Comment -

#97Unfortunately, this is true of many promos Heritage runs, yet they exclude -105 accounts anyways. They treat it like of a blanket policy of theirs which is added onto whatever the individual promo rules happen to state. A recent example of this is their NCAA get out at halftime wagers. So It's not as crystal clear as you would think.

#99Correct, I was referring to Heritage. I should've been more clear.
Regarding BOL and their max $5000 bonus, does it apply to Low Vig as well because I'm getting the same offer there--and they NEVER offer bonuses. I sent LV an email today and I'm waiting for a response about eligibility. If they do honor it, can you get a 5k bonus at both places or is 5k the max for the entire family of BOL books?Comment -

Not sure. Low vig baseball is -110 so no real benefit there over heritage or BOL.
There NFL is what now?Comment -

#102The offer and sign up pages are on the LowVig site, and the terms (incl. $5,000) are the same, so... Like with Heritage and -105 accounts, it makes sense that this promotion would be treated differently. They're trying to incentivize customers not leaving them during a tough time. I took screenshots of the offer, my sign up, and confirmation just to be safe.Comment -

#104Regarding BOL and LV, you need to enter your email to opt in. I did this first at BOL. I then went to LV and did the same. At LV I received a message that I was already registered, yet it was my first attempt to opt in at the LV site. So am I registered at both sites, or is the response I'm getting pertaining to my BOL registration? No idea, and CS has been no help thus far. If there's no bonus, I would rather withdraw my LV balance for now--and possibly send it to BOL for a bigger bonus there.Comment -

#105Okay. I'm NOT worried about what they tell people about specific accounts. I was trying to clear up the mixed messages they were sending out about ALL accounts (i.e. "all accounts including -105 accounts are eligible"). The fact that two people in this thread were each told two different things at different times tells me there is probably some confusion about this promotion among their customer service. No worries though.Last edited by DontTailMe; 03-26-20, 09:33 PM.Comment
