Sportsbook always credits instantly. You can use bitcoin for the 50% with bovada, too. It doesn't need to be another method.

I got nothing for Bovada. Maybe if I keep $0 there for a few months they'll offer me something.

Yeah, 50% is for any type of deposit but I already did BTC for 100% and still waiting for it to show up in my account. There are games at 4pm so did cc which was instantly deposited into the acct. Only problem is Bovada will claim in 3-4 months that there is a charged back...lol
