I'd say it depends on what you mostly bet on and which of those books tends to have the most favorable odds in that area. The answer could differ from person to person.
5Dimes/Heritage are probably going to have an overall edge due to their low vig lines.

Be careful enabling Zelle on your bank account. There was a thread recently explaining that that persons bank takes no responsibility for theft through Zelle. So if you activate it on your account, and someone hacks your device and uses zelle to empty the account, you have no insurance or recourse and that guys bank wont help at all.
The suggestion was to create a unique new bank account for any zelle use and only transfer money into that account to send it.
