I contacted 1xbet chat on 27th morning applying to block my account immediatly. They told me to apply via email address: block@1xbet.com. Which I sent at 4h37AM GMT.
I couldn't control myself and lost all my balance on next days.
My account was still open and running.. then I decided to contact EN support and they told me to contact another email and explain the situation so they could rollback my account to the date I applied on: I contacted block@1xbet-team.com and they instantly blocked my account.
They refuse to help me fixing this because they say in terms and conditions it says block@1xbet-team.com but it doesn't!
