I have a 1xbet account with 1500€ in it. But 1xbet blocked my account. I contacted the security-en@1xbet-team.com, which they asked bank statements/e Wallet statements/ a picture of me holding my passport.
Which I sent it all..
They asked me for two particular deposits I made to the account, but I can't send them the statements of those two because I sell things online and I accept the payment of a person my depositing To my account, which I sent a screenshot to 1xbet of me having a conversation with the buyer and him agreeing to everything. It's been 9 days since all this started and I received an email today which I don't understand very well. And I quote:
