I have friends who have tried to make deposits with them recently and they say they are accepting PayPal. Obviously I’m telling them not to do business with them.

I requested a withdrawal recently and after requesting my ID and confirmation of address they stated they would pay me out within 2 weeks I haven’t received payment and Now when I call they won’t answer.

Here’s the latest email I received from them:

“ We wish to update you on your pending withdrawal. We have been submitted to a verification process with PayPal and they have frozen our ability to send and receive funds at this current time.

We can offer you a XXX% cash bonus with only a 20 time rollover if you wish to use the $XXX pending as a deposit to allow you to play on your account. You also have the option for us to return the funds to your account with no bonus, but we wanted to offer you a special bonus as these are special circumstances.

If you do not wish to do so you can also wait until our accounts are active again for us to process your withdrawal. If you would like to take advantage of this offer please contact one of our agents in the call center and they can set it up for you.

I'd guess because their business model is indefensibly illegal and SBR dont want to be associated with them.

SBR have never rated PPH setup operations.

Policy has been to not give them any credibility with a rating, or get involved at all with the local agent booking industry which is clearly illegal in their jurisdiction, whereas offshore books are not illegal at all in their own jurisdiction.


But I would guess the forum threads here on SBR have probably alerted many people to the problems at Bettheline.

The issue is that this "Charles" guy probably got a list from somewhere, reached out to people and took them on as clients but then when HE couldn't pay the winnings or didn't want to he can just say "welp so much for this, let me block people from the site and disable their account." The person who actually owns bettheline.ag won't do anything because it's all on the agent, I think?

i agree. at least make a list of sites with bad ratings from actual bettors so they stay away. the threads tell you what is good.

the ratings overall should be updated at least every quarter. things change in this industry fast and it is only fair we get to know.

A good start would be a Review of the sports book and to initiate a rating, it’s probably safe to go ahead and blacklist them. Just put something out there where future depositors searching for info on bettheline.ag will see the place is a scam.

Lots of upgrades, downgrades and initial reviews need to be done. Either that or make everything that isn’t an A+ an F.

i just went on their chat and mentioned the non payments. it said "mike" joined the chat and then closed my window. great customer service. i just said i was thinking of joining but could not due to the non payment stories i am hearing. what scumbags.
