    stoiximan.gr does not pay me
    My case is very simple.
    I placed the following bet.
    stake 780 euros
NBA Milwaukee Bucks against the Atlanta Hawks
I chose the Bucks to win.
    Odd 1,13
    The Bucks won.
I asked for a withdrawal 880 euros via wire and stoiximan does not pay me.
The withdrawal is still on hold.
They say it was a low risk bet. Ridiculous.
They want me to cancel the withdrawal and place new bets, but i obviously do not want to place new bets to this bookmaker at the moment.

    Optional can you help me?
i have raised a dispute to dispute section and i forwarded an email to
    help@sportsbookreview.com but i still haven't had a reply yet

GML reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request unless a customer, has not played the original deposit through in full at least five times at odds greater than 1.50.

i know this term, but this clearly an abusive term , than can be used whenever and however a bookmaker wants. abusive terms like that have been crashed in many courts of law.

Money laundering risk or at least that's going to be their argument.

Nicksavage was that the only bet you had with the bookmaker? How did you deposit? Did you get any bonus?

i am a member of stoiximan.gr since 2014. i have placed thousands of bets in there.

i have not received any bonus for the particular bet, but i have received plenty in the past.

            the deposit was via paysafe.

their real problem is not a money laundering risk like it was written above. their real problem is that i am a winner. big time winner.

since last year they have put a limit of 1 euro max bet in soccer, and in the other sports my limit is 5% of a regular account.

so they just want to make my life difficult and make me not ever play again there

Well, although I'm siding with you there is always a hard way and an easy one.

Hard way: You can argue about it all day long, make forum posts, complaints, consult a lawyer etc but it will cost you a lot of time, energy, nerves and the outcome is uncertain.

Easy and pragmatic way: You look out for some "sure bets" or 2-way spots with >99% payout and do a little more betting (I don't think they really force you to place 5 more bets, I think one or two further bets could already be enough to request a withdrawal). It will cost you, maybe half an hour, and your problem is solved.

Bravo for this. But thank you for posting also as it shows bad behaviour from the bookmaker. Good to know.

i could just place some more bets, it's too easy for me, cause they have good odds in basketball (soccer is a waste of time with my 1 euro max bet) ,but i didn't wanna make them a favor. i wanted to show them that things like this are not accepted. my mother has studied law , so we know very well in our family how to protect ourselves and not let anyone treat us at such way.

i do not have a financial problem. waiting even a month wasn't a problem for me. i just wanted to show people that we can't just be afraid of bookmakers. i raised a dispute both here and e cogra, and a greek betting site that is an affiliate of stoiximan.gr and looks like it turned out well for me
