Help With Dimeline Sportsbook

I would fill out a complaint form. Then we have your account number, email, dates, and all the details. I haven't dealt with Dimeline personally before on a complaint, so I can't tell you how easy they will be to deal with, but we may have people who have dealt with them before that will no better.

I have one withdrawal pending - they have cancelled it twice, the third request is due to be sent by Tuesday and with me within a week after that. Maybe it will arrive in time and clear fine. But somehow I do not visualise this being what transpires. I'm pursuing it simply to bring the point I can fill the complaint form in forward as fast as possible.

I will keep you updated.

by the way, I dont think they are doing any business to speak of - the transactions in the banking history are numbered and between two of mine, which took place 4 days apart, there are only 10 other transactions, and between the other two - 2 days apart, there are 7.

SO they are doing about 2 or 3 transactions a day

Sounds like their check processor got shut down. Happens to the best of them.

In order to be fair to Dimeline, I want to reiterate that before these last two checks I had no problem whatsoever with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who wanted a good book. If it is true that their check processor got shut down than I can understand the problems, that is not what they told me however.

At any rate, Robert Wilde, the casino manager there is a first class customer service representative and has always responded to my emails and inquiries with the utmost professionalism. I think he is a good guy and that Dimeline is a good book.

With all of this being said, I just wish that I could payed by them. I am not a professional,I am not a bonus hunter, I am a recreational player who just happened to bet on games well and win some money.

Anyways, hopefully I cant get paid in a timely manner, thanks

I have not received a reason for the second check. As for the first check, I was told that there was a mistake made and that there were no funds in the account the check was drawn from and that if I re-submitted the check to my bank after it was sent back to me then it would clear no problem and that did not end up being the case.

This is the first problem I have had with Dimeline and they have treated me well and I expect they will continue to treat me well. I just feel like I am owed my money in a far more timely and less arduous manner.

I also am waiting for 2 payments from them. However, I have never received anything from them and now they just ignore my tickets. They claim to have sent the first one at end of June but it never arrived. Second is still under processing.

Did they force you to suck up so much in your post jonny55?

No they did not, just trying to post an honest account of my dealings with Dimeline. No one is currently more frustrated with them than I am because I have over 10K in my account but before the last 2 checks that they sent me bounced I was pretty happy with their service and the payouts, while slow, at least happened and the checks were good. I got no response from them yesterday and I did file a complaint with SBR, hopefully Dimeline will contact me immediately. I would be plenty happy if they just paid me $2,000 a month. Didnt know this kind of thing occured as I am relatively new to sports betting and this is the first time I have actually won some real money and it definitely takes the sting out of the thrill of victory when it is this hard to get the money I fairly won paid to me.

I would be delighted to be slow paid by them personally. Infinitely better than the no-pay I am currently experiencing.

I would also be delighted with slow pay, would take that in a heartbeat. If anyone has any suggestions, they are not responding to my emails when they previously had before. I have filled out an SBR complaint form but I do not know how that works or how long it takes. Hopefully, all of us who won money fairly from them will be payed eventually.

No response from Dimeline after two days of emails or communication through what they call opening a communication ticket. Not sure what my next step should be, anyone with any experience or willing to help recover funds would be greatly appreciated. Doesnt seem right that they can just take my 10K and hold it hostage. If there any moderators or anyone who could help I would definitely reimburse you for your trouble for time spent upon recovery of my funds. Thanks.

They promised me delivery of my check by next Tuesday so still have time to meet the promise. I paid extra for the Express service lol. Unfortunately the check hasnt been sent yet and support tickets are deleted unanswered. Id love to come back here next week with something good to say about them....

On Tuesday night they said they would contact me on Wednesday morning regarding details of payment. Still waiting to hear from them, although they have assured me I will be paid so I am taking them at their word as they have always paid me in the past even though it takes them a little while.

Im not optimistic but as yet they havent broken their promise, so in 5 days we'll know if their word counts for anything or not. if they stick to their word, i will be sure to come and tell you. if not, likewise.

How do SBR complaints work, I filled one out on Sunday but have received no response, do these things work, which moderators will help us recover the funds from Dimeline.

got an email from,robert wilde(cs manager), today. offered 100% cash bonus up to $500, 10x roll. i played with them for a year or so. haven't played there in about a year. always had problems with them , constantly one thing or the other. they did pay me. i left. was thinking of sending the $500. thanks to this thread, i won't. thanks saved me $500.

Well, I did get an e-mail from them tonight, which is good. And they say they have sent my last payment, which is equally good.

Actually, even better.

Got paid Moneybookers, the $455 is in my account as I type. I am glad to be out, my sympathies to those who are still waiting, but I think it is a good sign that they are at least still paying, and still paying a bit in Moneybookers as they get it in.

They told me I would definitely be paid this week, what that means I dont know, Robert Wilde has always been professional and has kept his word so hopefully I will get paid this week.

Haven't heard from dimeline in over a week. Got told I would be the first person to be paid via moneybookers and then peep goes and gets a moneybooker payment.

I've been waiting since early June. Not received anything.

I couldn't get paid by Moneybookers earlier futbol. I think what happened was just because I was owed a small amount ($445) and they had that much money in there, they paid it.

When they owed me 2K/4K I could never get them to pay moneybookers.

I am not owed a large amount by dimeline. It just seems strange that some people have received 2-3 payments and other people in the same time period have received nothing.

5Dimes (SBR Rating A) is a completely different sportsbook.

This thread is about Dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D+).

Hey Lou-

How about helping us get out money out of Dimeline. I have filled an SBR complaint form and no response for a week. Any ways SBR can help. Justin7 seems willing to help some random Ukrainian guy at the drop of a hat but those of us who have been waiting weeks to be paid by Dimeline get no help. What is the deal.
