wunderino doesn't pay 3800EUR

Hello dear SBR,

I cant withdraw my 3800EUR from wunderino because of strange thing.
I deposited to their website at May with my german bank account but than it was closed.
I didn't know that i have to prove them later that it is closed and to send document to them
Tried to withdraw to another account but they refuse as they want to see that this account has been closed.

Deutsche Bank sent me document before 2 months but as i didn't needed it, i just cutted it and now i don't have it anymore.
Was at their bankoffice, explained them the situation and they refuse to give me more information because 2 months are over and they don't have access to the system.
Trying to explain to wunderino as well all the situation but they refuse or they want to refuse to understand me at this case.

Received several emails from deutsche bank where they confirm that they have closed my account on 30.08.2019 but this ,,great website" refuses this document as well

I don't know what should be maden so at such cases.

Would be happy if someone can help me there.

Maybe make another deposit with another bank account and then withdraw to that account?

Called today deutsche bank's individual team and requested this document, hope to become it soon just

At the office they really don't help you allthough i was customer for 6 years by them

Today spoke with them and finally they confirmed that they deactivated the old IBAN.
