I guess it’s been a while since I’ve withdrawn from 5D but the verification call did come from the 5D toll free number which was nice. They did ask a ton more verification questions though, not a problem as long as the BTC shows up in my wallet. Verification email showed up after call and withdrawal was completed 2 hours after I replied to the email. Entire process was approximately 16 hours from my request until I received payment. No complaints.

If they wouldn't drop the limits on specific accounts and standardize everything, then all this is just so unnecessary. They ruin the experience with their identity verification stuff to try and stop people using 3rd parties....they can just end the games all together and welcome sharp money. And make up the difference with less customer support agents.
