Sportsbetting.ag not crediting Multi Hand BJ promotion

I am pissed because I never play casino games because they rob you there. However Sportsbetting.ag had a promotion that ran sat to monday. 25 hands was a $25 sports free play, 30 hands was a $50 free play and 50 hands was a $100 free play. Whichever one you got had a 6x rollover with no timeframe for a withdrawal. It was to be credited BY 6pm Thursday. I played in the casino and lost over $100 doing $1, $2 and $5 hands. I played over 100 hands and verified it on tuesday with customer service. I was ok with the losses because of the promotion.

Its now Friday 26 hours since it was to be credited. It hasnt been credited and no one at Sportsbetting.ag can give a timeframe as to when it will.

This is crazy and I am pissed because I would have just stayed away if I knew that the promotion was a scam. I have only been with this book for a couple months and its been problem after problem and now this.

Has anyone done this promotion and actually got it?

Mine was credited today- i had to live chat them yesterday. keep on them but you'll get it eventually
