    Disappearing wagers at Jazzsports.
Edit by SBR: Jazz Sports has no other reports of this. Please submit a complaint with your account number so management can take a closer look.

Hi, I just wanted to pass on some funky sh*t that happened while I was wagering with Jazzsports. I had placed two different teasers that were confirmed online, showed as confirmed, and then completely disappeared. The first time it happened, I had a teaser set up for 50 dollars that would have paid 350. Placed the bet, saw the confirm, and went back to watching football. When I checked my pending wagers and bet history, it was nowhere to be found. Hmmmm... odd, I thought. Maybe I made a mistake? But the thing is, with their setup, you cannot see the amount you win until AFTER the bet is accepted. So there would have been no way that I would have seen that it would have paid 350 if it wasn't in their system. Still, at that time I chalked it up to some sort of error on my part. Later I made a 3 team teaser with all college football teams. This was last Saturday. I remember specifically that I had the over in the Hawaii game, Nebraska and Boise St. It was a small wager, 25 to win 24, and it was a winner. Well guess what? The same thing happened. The wager never was registered, although I had once again saw the confirmation and payout online. This time I was absolutely sure that I had placed the wager properly. I went online to complain and the guy asks me for the ticket number, which I would have had only if I screen shotted my accepted wager! He says there is nothing he can see on his end and there is thusly nothing he can do. Hogwash! Avoid this book.

you may have been logged out of your account when the bet was placed as that has happened to me in their racebook. The site is very buggy and at least for me it logs me out alot when I refresh or jump menus and makes me log in again. I would use them alot more if the site ran smoothly esp the racebook which i use primarily

This happened to me once in their sportsbook so I would guess that also. I was lucky that it worked in my favor...

Jazz Sports will look like you are connected still for hours on end where most sites automatically log you out and switch to a log-in screen, Jazz can log you out and still sit there, the lines will update, it'll sometimes let you process bets. I always check my open bets after I make a bet there to be sure.

That's what I have been doing lately.

But that doesn't explain why I saw my bet as accepted and there was a ticket number there. If I had been not logged in, wouldn't they have not accepted the bet and not given me a ticket number and not told me the pay out?

If this is indeed what's happening, then that's just horrific. A website "confirming" a wager when you are logged out is a fatal flaw that needs to be fixed yesterday. Wow. What a joke.

Good question. If you confirmed it in Open Bets then that's definitely cause for concern. If I confirm in Open Bets I pretty much think that settles it. Guess I should start copy+pasting ticket numbers in my ledger. Ugh

I do that already. But I don't think that would help in this case. The wager number is generated and displayed in the bet slip. OP had confirmation in the bet slip but not in Open Parlays. Support isn't going to be able to find that wager number if it was never actually committed.

The only thing that would help here is taking a screen shot of every confirmed wager. And even then I'm not convinced every book would honor a screen shot if they can't find the wager, at least without major escalation and possibly getting SBR involved.

It is harder with live bets and such, but after I make the weeks NFL and NCAAF bets, I screenshot my open bets page and paste it into an excel sheet. Never had a need to refer to it, but it makes me feel better if there was ever an issue.
