It is amazing how creative can bookmakers be in delaying payouts. I am going to share with you the short version of what I v going through to get $500 out of my $4950 owed to by this bunch. (I have scripts of every chat I had with them so everything stated below can be substantiated).
1. June 29, 2009 (“George”) – Requested $1000 withdrawal into Moneybookers on the chatline with George - “3-5 days to process”
2. July 4, 2009 (“George”) – “Sorry sir, this is a holiday here today no one in the account department – you will get paid by Tuesday for sure.”
3. July 6, 2009 – (“George”) – “yours is on the batch for tomorrow sir, I took care of that myself”
4. July 7, 2009 – (“George”) – “Darla is taking care of the payouts right now”
5. July 7, 2009 – I requested another $1000 withdrawal - online this time
6. July 8, 2009 – (“Glen” – he is the Big boss ‘General Manager’) – “I cannot find your request from June, 29 on the system ... I can only see the one from last night.” – Glen put another $1000 on the system for me to make up for the one lost from June 29.
7. July 11, 2009 (“George”) – “Glen is now in charge of your account – try and get hold of him on Monday”
8. July 11, 2009 - I requested another $1000 withdrawal – online again (cashier page)
9. July 15, 2009 – Remember the request Glen put manually on the system to compensate for the one lose from June 29 – cancelled – why? – 1 request max $1000 per 7 days …. (Note! Something new – I have proof from my chat with Glen [General Manager] that you may request $1000 every second day” – and what that got to do with the one put manually to compensate for the one lost from June 29.)
10. July 16, - I get $500 in my Moneybookers account - $25 fee – the fee stated on there site $20 for Moneybookers … so $20 of $1000 is 2%, $25 of $500 is 5% processing fee. Bye the way $1000 requested now not show as pending (although the account balance is correct)
11. July 18, 2009 (“Darla”) – “you will get paid” (sounds very promising doesn’t it?… she does know when that will happened but the conviction is there “you will get paid”.)
12. July 19, 2009 - I requested another $1000 withdrawal - online this time
So let’s sum up where I stand 4 weeks from the start of this agonizing process:
I requested 4 x $1000 payouts
1 lost in the system & Replaced by the GM manually and which was then deleted
I got $500 of $4000 requested and lots of promises got charged $25 = 5%
Not a bad way to deal with payouts – let customers request payouts – they just delete them or lose them and lie lie & lie.
These guys are a bunch of dishonest liars – If it took them a month to scrape $500 (of $4000 requested) for me after 12 chats and many promises then I think this will be a very long story... these guys deserve an F+ at best.
What upsets me about the whole thing is that they are rated C, which is a rating I d give to an honest book who simply not as big as Willhill or Pinnacle… and just to put things in perspective Bwin (C-) & Sportingbet (D+) Sports Interactions (D+) are rated below this bunch and I don’t know anyone who hasn’t been paid promptly by them. Don’t get me wrong these 3 are bastards in their own right but at least they pay promptly.
