Gemini Users, advice please?

I have a new Gemini user who is wanting to send Bitcoin to his account there for the first time.

They say they can only see a bank account listed under funding sources and cannot see a Bitcoin wallet or a receive bitcoin link to get an address.



Can a Gemini user please explain or give us a screenshot of where to get a receive address from in there?

Hmmm...I know sometimes when I log in from new browser the account is limited until you verify via the email its actually you they send a link....that's all I can think of

Are they on a phone or computer? Usually the Gemini app is a bit more straightforward

It should be menu, at the far right top. Then transfer funds. Then deposit into exchange

They recently raised their fees to 2% each buy/sell unless you set up an API then it’s standard 0.25%. Maybe it’s a good thing. Personally I’ve always loved Gemini but pure greed by them. I’d recommend cashapp or coinbase pro if not banned.

Recently realized coinbase pro has banned me from sending money INTO coinbase from years back but it’s not a complete ban, I can still buy/sell crypto but can only cash out fiat not deposit.

he probably has to verify with dl and utilties. its been awhile since i registered there but you have to be verified to use the exchange i think.

So opened a Cash App account and tells me the btc was sold to them and cash in his bank account less than an hour later.


I did not know Cash App could pay people that fast before.
