    sportsbook.ag back to old ways
For a few short months, sportsbook.ag was processing payouts within 2 business days. That kind of service combined with excellent bonuses make them an attractive book. I experienced it myself and saw it in the payouts thread. Now my last payout was pending for a full week, and was mysteriously cancelled. They make it very easy to accidentally cancel, but I know that's not the case because it has a timestamp of 2:00 AM when I was fast asleep. I repeated the withdrawal, but am worried that they've gone back to their days of endless slow pays. I sent an email 3 days ago with no reply. I guess this is how they keep their D rating.

I just checked the entire payout thread for July and there are no sportsbook.ag payments. Most months I see a handful of payouts for that site.

Anyone else getting payout runaround with sportsbook.ag of late?

Carbon $5k Received $4942 BTC 4 business days

Carbon is the same as Sportsbook.

I also emailed them on Friday and heard back in 30 minutes.
They have slowed down a little bit again but nothing crazy. 4-5 business days and not 7-8 like it had been for a short while.

You are one of their top customers though aren't you? You take money out of the poker room, as you are a +EV player in poker, but are a rec lifetime in the sportsbook right?? You make 4 figure bets and take money that the book usually never sees, poker money, and brings it to the house. You're like a book's dream, whether you win or lose overall. Its like you're giving them extra rake. I'd give you VIP treatment too.

Not insulting crusher, hes a good dude and great poker player. Just saying, hes definitely a VIP in many books eyes.

Yeah, I wouldn't expect others to be treated like myself. When the big winners on their site got limited or restricted in the poker room they never messed with me. I'm down a ton on there with sports and casino games so they love me there.

That being said, I haven't noticed any slowdowns or problems recently. I'd still suggest people play on sites like Heritage, Bookmaker, 5Dimes, BetOnline instead of here.

Unfortunately I have $19,000 in sportsbook.ag right now that I need to get out, 2 $2500 withdrawals have been pending since June 27 and not processed, and of course I will have 6 more withdrawals to make after that.... Im hoping I have it all out before the end of the year.... which is ridiculous IMO... especially since they have no problem taking your money right away

Are you using bitcoin? I'm guessing not or you would have been paid.

I’ve been paid within 3 business days, twice, in the last couple weeks. Using bitcoin only. If you are indeed waiting over a month, i would suggest switching your method.

no bitcoin, I never used it before and I would have to make deposits of some sort before being able to, I did get a $2500 check in June prior to this withdrawal... that one only took about 2 weeks, seems like theres little consistency to their methods

Did they tell you this? They did not do that to another person who switched to bitcoin recently.

Even if so, to not wait till the end of the year for 19K seems worth doing it to me.

Go here and buy a Bitpay card for $10

Convert crypto to dollars with the BitPay debit card. Connect the card to your crypto wallet to start spending instantly. Get cash back from thousands of merchants when you spend with the BitPay Card.

It's just a debit card you can load with Bitcoin, which is instantly converted to US$.

Then head down the post office or Walmart and use it to buy a mone order to deposit in your bank... 20 mins after they pay you.

All USA issued for you to deposit and no waiting.

Choose the 100 year old method and wait for printing and snail mail?

Or the method that it is easier for both of you, cheaper and safer for them, and near instant?
                            .

Played there a lot the past year....btc payouts 3-4 business days at most (as they don't process payouts on weekends). I found if you request on Friday you get it on Tuesday and if you request any time on weekend, you get it on Thursday. Always in the afternoon EST. Doesn't seem to matter if you request early in morning or late at night....same processing speed. I think the worst days to request would be a Tues/Wed...might not get until the following Monday. It has never taken more than a 7-10 days to get paid in a long time.....like years. And I remember when it took me 3 months to get paid a check back in the day with them. The BTC option has made them a decent option with the bonuses.

I agree....the are tricky with that damn cancel button on the withdrawal...especially on phone and low funds. That delayed drop down got me a few times and I had to start the process over.

Always get email response within an hour or so....never had any complaints with customer service.

I've had accounts with all the reputable books over the past 17 years and I can tell you that my personal experience is a much better judge than some outdated SBR ratings you are referencing. Yeah,it is a is a slow pay book even for BTC standards but they always pay.

I wanted to close the loop on this... after the improper cancellation and no response to the email, the following BTC withdrawal was fulfilled within 3 business days. Hopefully things are back on track.

Agreed. SBR needs to update their ratings on the Sportsbook group of books. They take 3-5 business days for a BTC withdrawal but you get paid.
