Betspawn payment issues

Hello,

I've been using betspawn for E-sports betting as it was somewhat appealing for esports live betting etc. In October 2018 I made a couple of withdrawals and everything was great.

However after winning a couple of bets then problems started happening to my account I got limited to $1-$10 bets, and I'm currently unable to withdraw the funds in my account for a period of 3 months. I'm currently active on the site and still the use casino now and then since I can't withdraw any funds.

Betspawn offers a variety of cashout methods however the only available payment method for my geographic location is ecopayz, I was then told by support to deposit with ecopayz in order to withdraw with ecopayz.

I've done that and requested a cashout with the payment method mentioned by the support, but its been well over a few weeks now with no response at all.

Not sure what's going on with betspawn but 3 months for a withdrawal is just outrageous

Avoid betspawn.com at all costs its been over 4 months with no payment at all or resolution from their customer care departments

I've submitted a complaint to SBR about betspawn not paying out 2 weeks ago, is there anything else to be done? This site is a 100% scam site since they aren't paying out at all regardless of payment option used, however they remain functional and are still accepting bets for some reason.
Another redflag that I noticed is the casino section of the site, as far as i'm aware NETENT slots are available for Canadian players, however this site remains to have NETENT games blocked for all Canada which is highly suspicious. I only used this site to bet on esports but with no payouts or response from customer support it seems that I just got scammed.
