For past three years I had many accounts on different bookies based on BetConstruct platform. I never had multi accounts: one site - one account.
In March, 27 2019 all my accounts on all sites was locked, when I try login to any site I see message: Client Locked.
I tried contact with support on different sites via Live chat and via email and absolutly all support told one same words:
Live chat:
- at the moment the betting history of your account is being reviewed that is why the account is locked.
As soon as the account history checking will be finished , you will be able to login to your account.
I can't mention an exact time, please check again later.
- As i have checked your bet history is being checked by the relevant department that's the reason of the ( Client locked.) Message,You will be able to place a bet and make a withdrawal after the checking process ends. Unfortunately I can not mention an exact time.
Emails:
- Kindly be informed that your account`s history is in checking process that is why your account is blocked. Please wait for the process completing.
- Kindly be informed that for the security of your account, and to ensure fair-play, the checking of customer betting history is normal procedure instigated by departments within the company, and there is no need for you to worry .

In moment when my accounts was locked I had 4 active accounts with money:
https://www.fashiontvplay.com - remaining balance: 2316,72 euro
https://www.rateorbet.com - remaining balance: 923,84 euro
https://www.betmate.eu - remaining balance: 4987,03 euro
https://www.gamebet.com - remaining balance: 2290,59 euro
I tried found any contacts this 'relevant department' who locked my accounts and who checking bet history, but can't, in Live chat support also don't gave me this contacts.
