They have never been seen stealing money, and always pay quickly, I think you can not worry about the deposit.

I have been playing the matchbook for about 8 years. For all the time there were a lot of different cancellations and almost always they came under their rule about protecting players about the odds difference of 10%. But sometimes there were cases when my orders disappeared without a trace and to my questions where they went, they answered that they did not exist. Since then, I have taken screenshots of large orders and so once I caught them at the distance of my order without a trace, but by giving them the screenshots they paid the winnings for them. But in the current situation, they must have seriously lost, since I saw an amount of 130,000 dollars to Kuznetsova at a lay of 1.33, and the entire amount was dismantled by the players, including myself. And they don’t even try to respond to the screenshots provided by me from pinnacle, where at that moment the coefficient for Kuznetsova was 1,434.

So they just occassionally delete your bets and then sometimes pay if you complain and send them Screenshots?
That still sounds like terrible business practise to me.

You would received an update from the dispute agent if there was one.

The rule "10 % odds difference " is not to protect players, at all. It is to protect Matchbook' traders (they call it also "seeding team" ) if they

make a seeding mistake (and the winning odds are higher more than 10 %), winning bets are cancelled.

And I make a screenshot whenever I place a bet at Matchbook, though sometimes it does not help at all. They robbed me few times that

way...Not a trustworthy bookmaker (yes bookmaker, not an exchange, as 98 % of their odds are offered by themeselves - copied from

Pinnacle or other big bookies; a clear proof is - when Pinnacle is doing maintenance - there are almost no odds on most of markets...).

On 6.november 2018 i played on Red star to win Liverpool (Champions league). 1500 EUR back on odds 12. Red star scored 2 goals in first half.At half time i lay 16500 eur on 1.8. Everything was ok until i ask for withdraw. They cancelled my back odds and left only lay odds .
My account went into red -10000eur. I have been playing the MB since 2012. And on 6 nov was my last bet... I had there about 3500 eur , they stole that and also wining on Red star.

This is MB "If, for whatever reason, a market does not go “live” at the actual or published start time, and subsequently goes “live” during the event, Matchbook reserves the right to cancel all bets matched between the start of the event and the time it went “live”. In this case, Matchbook will use it’s discretion to determine whether a material change in odds has occurred before determining whether to cancel bets or not."

                  AND

"Where a material event occurs and a market is not suspended and/or open offers are not cancelled Matchbook reserves the right to suspend the market and void bets matched after the occurrence of the material event in question. Should this be necessary Matchbook will make best effort void the erroneously matched bets during the sporting event. The voiding of said bets may be delayed by our attempts to accurately ascertain the actual time of the material event."

Does a matchbook refuse to respond to your requests?

I just remembered this thread from the summer, and find with disappointment that the "regulator" sided with the crooks that are Matchbook. This is just as bad as a mugger robbing an old lady of £7000. No difference!! Disgusting, Matchbook are rogue!!!

Yep, no way I would trust Matchbook to withdraw high amounts.
