Bet365 don't want to pay me (Portsmouth x Sunderland yellow cards)
Hello, anyone else made a bet on yellow cards on Portsmouth x Sunderland 16/05/2019?

bet365 paid me but took the money back

Thomas Thompson was booked about 90' l, but the stats websites didn't registered that.

    What can i do?

I got a TV PIC that shows the yellow card, and the match transmission link.

    Fill this out.

I'm not sure what kinds of rules these props have as I don't bet on soccer but if you're right, sbr will help you get paid.

I just looked at espn and flashscore and neither mentioned the yellow card like you said, this is a weird situation.

      I found a replay.

At 1:57:07 in the video, it appears that Thompson received a yellow card. Unless the prop specified that it had to happen in 90 minutes, you should win this bet.

Thanks DR! The prop doesn't mention anything about 90 minutes. By the way, i place yellow card bets Every week and always goes ok after 90 minutes.

Does it show the yellow card being given or just the TV overlay saying it was given like in the reply above?

            BET365 rules:
"All match markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal."

There may be different rules for in-play but if this was a pre-match bet I would expect everything to be settled on the 90 minutes, (end of 2nd half) results.

Later edit: There was no extra time played in the match so it wouldn't be that. The result was 0-0 at the end of the 2nd half.

The official result on at least 2 websites shows 6 yellow cards in the game. Thompson is not 1 of the 6 listed players.

Just because ref shows doesn't mean its its offical as they can take back or it could be error by ref...official scoring applies

The incident feed provider they pay must have missed it too if it happened.

Interesting. The tv definitely posts Thompson as receiving a yellow card but the referee appeared to just give a foul and indicate that he wasn't going to take further, (yellow card), action for the foul Thompson committed. It looks like an error by the tv company.

I've only found one stats site that shows a yellow card for Thompson: https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/tick...g/live/3181449

But they could have fallen to the live coverage.

"Official" match report from Pompey site doesn't show a yellow card for Thompson: https://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/match...on-16-may-19/#

                      BBC live commentary neither: https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/48210117

I just looked into a live stats archive and found out that b365 registered the yellow card at 90+2'. In the live broadcast the card was displayed at 91:31 but the relevant foul was at 89:41. So this looks to me like the spotter did not transmit a card but the live trader of b365 manually added the card when he was watching the TV coverage. When b365 completed their post-match review they removed the card based on the official match report.

If the spotter would have transmitted a yellow card for Thompson's foul at 89:41 the yellow card would have been registered at 90' or 90+1' at the latest at b365 but not at 90+2'

Im pretty sure B365 use optastats to check cases like these, and sky also use opta.

Sky shows 6 yellows, but official opta i cant find. It will be tough to argue if opta are showing the same, although it will depend on what evidence you have.

Bet365 uses stats from OPTA and whoscored. There is nowhere yellow card registered for this player. Not even on official porthsmouth site. Its obvious mistake from TV station covering the match. Also referee didnt showed yellow card to Thompson you can see that on replay of the match. Sorry but bet365 is not mistaking here

Lets be honest, video doesnt show referee showing yellow card. It could be human mistake.

Any chance they could mark Arsenal winning the Europa League for a few hours?
