problem with betonline.ag

hello guys,
a month ago I opened an account with betonline. I am Italian and to enter my account I use my smartphone. a couple of times since you can't see rollovers from the mobile version I entered my account via puffin browser.when I decided to withdraw some of my money they sent me an email saying that my account showed different log in locations. I don't understand what I did wrong if I didn't play and have the luck to winI state that I didn't know that puffin changes ip or what it does but now they have blocked me the withdrawal to verify my login history

I use VPN a lot and BOL has never asked but other books have at times...They ask what my home IP address is and then can determine that I use it and it's me.....chicken IP your home address and send it to them and I would assume it's cleared up quickly....I wish BOL would update there mobil and iPad versions as it's very hard to navigate esp multi sports parlay

yes l use mobile version so l cant see rollover this is why l enter with puffin in
but l dont know that puffin change my ip and l dont understand why all this problem
its easy they can see that l always use the same smartphone for log in and im in italy (sicily)

Maybe send them a screen shot of home IP....File a complaint on here w SBR as they will for sure be able to help they have good relationships with BOL

Just wondering as BOL is fine book for USA and i use for certain markets but if i was in Italy and wanted to bet MLB there are many better options is all

Explaining is worthless as any crook can explain...they want proof like screen shot of your home IP...Ive been through this and sent to other books and cleared up in an hour if u are legit it resolved fast...

When at home Google what is my IP click on a site and it will
Show details....take screen shot and send to BOL in polite email...Come on i can not believe you don't know this...

Hi Marco, you should send in the complaint form Kona linked above and we can ask a manager to review whats going on for you.


Puffin is not a browser. It's an app that acts like a browser. Like a VPN the source IP looks like one of Puffin's servers to websites.

But it passes through your real source IP in the XFF header. So betonline should still be able to see you are using an IP from the regular pool your phone provider uses.

I had the same issue. Chester wanted to know why I was logging in from different locations. I explained it, and they paid me. It is probably a fraud prevention issue. You don't want them to pay the wrong person if your account is hacked, do you?

I deposited 70.00$ usd on betonline.ag via qb direct to avoid extra fees . they immediately took the money out my account but the money never showed up on the website . I called customer service . they told me the deposit was denied but I have a bank statement saying other wise but they Won't return my money or comp me 70.00 to play on the website
