    1xbet took my money!!!
I have account on 1xbet. I have made several deposits and withdrawals On my last withdrawal they asked me documents.
first ID card I sent them,
after that again email asking several screenshots of my neteller. done that.
After that new email screenshots of my skrill. I sent that also
Again new email asking selfie of me holding ID next to PC with their emails sent to me. I also done thatThen
I got email verification under way. After that I checked my account and found that account is blocked. I can only see my bet history and some form Blocking appeal that I need to fill to appeal for blocking my account
There are 2600 euros in my account. I contacted them they told me to fill appealI. I've done that also.
After few days again new form in my account section to fill up with questions that has nothing to do with verification. They asked me who is my employer and on what position I work???? Also they asked me what is my favorite sport???? Even there were this kind of questions I fill that form also. After that silence from them.

All this is more than 15 days now and my money are stuck with never ending verifying process!!! They dont give me answers what is the problem or anything else.

So can someone help me or no?

we see a lot of complaints here about this book. My opinion is they should be among the blacklisted books.

It's good that you try to comply with their KYC questions.

There is no use complaining that it takes too long after 15 days. This is not abnormal for them and within reason for KYC timeframe.

You will need to complete the process and if they do not approve your account a complaint may be warranted. No use today though.

Let me see if i find the email, but back in 2016 i was confiscated ,stiffed or whatever you want to call it by this entity 5k with the argument i was an arber and that was an infrigment to their TC(by the way that account was in my name and i wasnt arbing)

This entity modus operandis is similar to a Ponzi scheme they pay selectively their customer base, small amounts usually in minutes to keep the ball rolling and big fish they just stall and most cases stiff

Im glad they paid me once 20k in that year also but i presume because this was an old friend account with like -40 in the black.if they diddnt at the time paid i would probably consider a trip with my nigerian folks to Moscow

It's really amazing how they sponsor a lot of big european fotball leagues, which problably costs millions but on the other hand use every oppurtunity to steal like 2000€ here and there. I made also the experience that small amounts will be paid but never win to much here!

I am complying with their KYC. I already sent them the documents they asked. After that in 2 times they asked me to fill some forms (questionnaires) and I done that also even there were some strange questions as I said but anyway I answered them.
But they dont give me any answer why are they doing that what has happened and what is the problem. So I am in informational darkness. When I ask something on email they always give me same answer: "you should follow the instructions listed on the website in my account" something like that or they dont answering me at all.

You still have a chance as long as you don't get this email:

"Good Day. We are bringing to your notice that we made a decision to stop any collaboration with you (closing your gaming account) on the basis of General Terms and Conditions of the Bookmaker Company:
Should the bettor commit fraud in respect to the bookmaker (such as the registration of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting, if the betting account is not used for betting, the improper use of loyalty schemes, etc.), the bookmaker reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions by:
                        -bet cancellation;
                        -closure of the customer’s account with the balance being refunded;
                        -filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.
Effective as of 1 January 2011
The decision was made after rigorous investigation of the case by The Security Department.
We ask you not to create gaming accounts with The Company. Please, notice, that all the accounts created again in the system will be closed, bets will be annulled, deposited funds will be in hold and used on the expenses related with the investigation and blocking.
Due to the fact that your actions have been recognized as flagrant violation of The T&Cs of our Company, the decision of stopping any cooperation with you was final and not subject to further appeal.
All further questions concerning the case of blocking from your side will be ignored.
You can withdraw the deposited sum only."

Yes,im sory to say this but you should mentalize yourself that money is gone, the documents will only serve to recoup deposits at best,so comply with they KYC until you have your deposits, but winnings you are 100/1 to get them back

They take this long with many people.

Whilst they still speak to you there is some chance they will re-enable your account.

I would try to get approved before complaining too much.

May I ask why you sent in an SBR complaint form on 11th April if the KYC process had only started a day or so earlier?

I first asked withdrawal a message appeared asking documents.
So I contacted them what should I send. They told me only ID card. So I send my ID card.
After day or two another email asking me several neteller screenshots. So I sent them also.
Again after day-two new emails asking me skrill screenshots. So I reply to that also.
Then after day-two again new email asking me so send selfie of my face next to my ID card in my hand and next to PC monitor with their email on monitor.. So I took that picture and I sent them.
After all that I found they blocked my account. I tried to contact them they told me "account in process of verification" and I need to fill up form on their page called "Blocking appeal". I filled up that also and because until that moment more than week past and they hardly responded to my emails I raised complaint to your site SBR.
I cant get any answer from them, they will reply after I wrote several emails with my questions what is the problem they always send me same answer "account in verification" and "follow instructions in your account".
after all of that maybe 6-7 days I got new email that seccond form I need to fill up on their page. So when I loged in to my blocked account another form appeared so I filled up that also. So after that 4 days has past nothing new.

I have managed to get my betting history because it is available in my account also. I always bet on top european soccer leagues. Only on first leagues in England, Spain, Italy, France, Germany. I never bet on some third or fourth league or on some fixed games I dont know.

That 2600 euros are a lot of money in my country because monthly salary is 250 euros. So thats why I try to get any help I can find.

Ok, a dispute agent should contact you by email.

Take more care with your facts though. You contradict yourself about dates and time frames above. If we go to 1xbet with incorrect information they are very likely to simply provide evidence of the correct facts and say nothing else you say should be believed now either.

It sounds really ridiculous I know 1xbet very well, what Goce wrote above doesn't suprise me at all. Let's say it's the standard process with them if you win too much.
After a certain number of withdrawals one day they will ask you to send them different documents, then ask you to send more documents, then ask you to send a screenshot of all your deposits and withdrawals, then ask you strange questions ecc.
I had the same process, just to tell an example I had to send them a photo holding my passport next to my face and with their last email in the background on the screen of my computer. And some other crazy requests like this before they paid me after about three weeks.
I was lucky, but many other customers are not as far as I know. It was about two years ago and after this case I asked them to close my account as it was clear they wouldn't pay me next time.
Now I have an issue with BetDsi that maybe even worse than 1xbet. These things sometimes happen unfortunately.

Take more care with your facts though. You contradict yourself about dates and time frames above. If we go to 1xbet with incorrect information they are very likely to simply provide evidence of the correct facts and say nothing else you say should be believed now either.

If you read your post #18 you describe a process that took up to two weeks before you say you made an SBR complaint. That doesnt match up with other info you posted. You don't need to get every date right, just don't contradict yourself in this way to 1xbet or they may use it against you.

has an SBR agent contacted them for you?

I dnt think he is contradicting himself on purpose, I think the way 1xbet is handling the KYC procedure is what is making OP confused. Everyone can see that they are deliberately delaying.... they do this kind of BS whenever they want.

I cant understand. The 1xbet is the bookie with the highest number of complaints here, far ahead of others. It's the same modus operandi. Clearly, they are dishonest. Why are not they in the blacklist, yet?

Needless to say I took my money and never came back. Awful bookie, can't believe people still go there.

But in my case after they rejected my withdrawal and started to ask documents for verification day or two after that they reduced my odds and my betting limit. But I couldnt withdraw money in that point their KYC was underway and still is after 4 weeks.
