BET365 is delaying my payment

    BET365 is delaying my payment
    Hello my name is Zlatko Vujevic and Bet365 still didnt sended me money even I withdraw on 25 and 26 march 1000eu each.

    I spoke with operator and he saying that money is sended but they are not giving me transaction details.

    My bank canot find any trace and asking from me transaction details to trace.

    I am old custumer of BET365 and I never have this type of issues with them but now I have feeling that they are delaying my payments on purpose.

    Because of this unprofesional reasons for sure I will stop to use Bet365 .

    The biggest issue is that I have few thousands eu on that acount and I am not sure how to get my money.

    Five days ago I filled here complain form still no any response.

    My wining bets are daily posted on twiter

    Can anybody give me advice how to get my money?

                      Called bet365suport center and after some chat they told me to send transaction details imediatly.

                      This was 7hr ago still didnt received nothing.

                                  Hopefully you hear back from them soon. I think they will make sure you get paid in the end.

                                      18 and 20 received 1000eu but from 25 and 26nothing

                                      now again spoke with them.

                                      they saying they sended me transaction details on my mail again nothing received.

                                      gave them my alternative mail so now waiting again

                                                  Did you complain to IBAS. If so, ur done at Bet365. Ur account will be locked out as soon as they complaint is looked into.

                                                      After 2 days of checking my bank confirmed that money or transaction is not received.

                                                      so again waiting for response.
