Neteller is closing accounts and confiscating money
i everybody My account was suddenly locked and i could not make any transactions .I was fully verified with them . They accepted my money and now they steal me.They told me that they needed a second utility bill which sound very strange to me.Strange is that i am verified in bet365 . I deposited to bet365 with neteller , made some bets ,lost money , withdrew back to neteller and then my neteller account was locked.Bet365 is still perfectly working but i cant withdraw as neteller is locked.I sent neteller a second utility bill and not even they did not unblock my account but they closed and confiscated my money .So i made a complaint with fca which as i found in their site is their regulating authority and i wait for their response .Please write anybody with similar experience .I can provide what i sent to fca .I just want you to know what happened and if any similar problem to anybody to exchange ideas about how to solve this and get our money back

Maybe they've found out that you used multiple accounts.

You said in a previous post that you've been betting for 7 years so it's very unlikely that this was your very first b365 account. Rather you used the Neteller account and the b365 account from someone else.

I still hope that you get your money back if this was the only thing you did (and no bonus abuse or something else)

You will be forced to withdraw to your own bank account ,the same happened to me at my own Skrill account.

Not sure how the bank withdrawal works at Neteller , since they dont wire to Non SEPA countries...

have they forced you to withdraw to your own bank account ?

              No mates
They didnt ask for a withdraw back to my bank account
They closed my account and keep the money .
The amount was around 2500 euro . i had verified and bet on bet365 i have lost some money there or won i dont remember and withdrew and the money went back to neteller. After some 5-6 days have passed with no actions .
and boom . the account got locked . utility bill was asked . i sent . second was asked . i sent again . and now the account is closed .
I have made an fca complaint and i received the first typical answer from ombudsman . but not any other .
              Still waiting .
the account was opened with affiliation link was upgraded and funded from a friends neteller . usual and proved .
Lately i heard they confiscated from others too . This wasnt happening years ago . at least not so often and not if you were fully verified and not doing anything bad . But from now on they are dangerous .
              Both them and skrill .

pretty clear case of multiple accounting to me

still a shame they just keep the money

they should pay you the money and then close the account

of course its a shame and also something else . Theft .
Why do they fully verify someone ,accept his money and after almost one month with nothing bad , just few value bets , do they confiscate someones money?
If my bets were anything but not normal bet365 should lock my money . not neteller .

I hope FCA can help you. I contacted them once and received a letter from the Financial Ombudsman a few weeks later which didn't contain anything than blah blah and stock answers:

Ombudsman is doing a good job both with bet365 and many bookies .
I hope they do their work in this case too .
I am not certain though because neteller is a strong company which can have its own way applied in some cases .

                        This is luck !
Fca did its job or it was that they changed their mind from a random fact , i dont know which .
They may dont know either .
Fact is that after i thought my money were lost as my account was closed no more questions asked, now they want to send me the money back .
So guys dont quit on your money .Try , try , try , use fca , send them again and again emails and maybe you get lucky too .

Congratulations padrar for getting you money back. Lesson learned, always pursue until the end.
I wonder what is Neteller's position on this. Obviously they made something wrong here.
