Betcruise has verified my account, but don't pay withdrawal, and I cant place bets

      Incredibly, Betcruise yesterday paid the withdrawal of my remaining account balance (a very small sum) that I requested the day before.

      Now I no longer have any pending withdrawals and the balance is zero.

      I don't know how many chances I will have to recover the money that was stolen (correction down in the account history) due to the fact that Betcruise decided to cancel accepted bets and for which the event took place in a period from November 2018 to February 2019.

      I hope SBR can help me again.

        From today I cant login to my account!!! I have been waiting for my money from November 2018!!!!!! I cant understant how they can be still operating online... hope someone will stop them from stealing money like this!

          I have also 1900 euros at Betcruise, withdrawal made so long ago that I do not even remember when. Betcruise have stolen money from so many, just a couple of small payments during this year.
          Of course they are online as they can without risk can continue to steal money and get some new customers, they also have an ok rating here. In other areas there is some risk stealing peoples money but Betcruise have noticed that this is the perfect risk free way to steal money as long as new customers come.
          Have not bothered to log in for months, would not be surprised if the thieves have blocked my account too, but it does not matter.
          Would not be surprised if Betcruise would be operating and stealing money still after 5 years from now on.

            I log into my account every day to check and so far I have managed to log in.

            Account history is available.

            I hope that SBR can help me recover the money that Betcruise took from me with a correction down, canceling all my bets won because they did not comply with the site rules.

                            I really like SBR, but I only read the forums nowadays.Ratings are not what they used to be and I never check ratings in SBR anymore because they are rarely updated and in some cases they are absolutely misleading.Like in this case - I mean come on - how hard it is to change the rating of a book that is not paying for more than 6 months?

                              Indeed it is over 6 months since it was very hard to get money from the so called book Betcruise, but in last 6 months there has been almost no payments at all. I have also stopped checking ratings here. Betcruise should at this moment be at highest D. and probably more right is F.
                              But still working and still trying to get new customers.

                                            I didn't expect to hear from BetCruise never again, but suprisingly today there was an e-mail (after waiting over 8 months on withdrawal):

                                            Dear xxx,

                                            Our security team has conducted an audit of your games at the BetCruise portal. The investigation concluded that your bets were made not in accordance with the BetCruise terms and conditions. Your account has been blocked, and all bets have been nullified. We have already processed the withdrawal of your deposit. The funds on your account that were won not in accordance with the rules have been debited from your account.

                                            Seems now they just start confiscating € from accounts. I sent them e-mail back, but let's see if this takes less than 8 months them to answer.
                                            Just a sidenote, before they shutted down withdrawals I was able to withdrawal like 3k profit there, so they cancelled that 8 month ago withdrawal and confiscated it.

                                                      Just like I said before; sadly I think the best thing is to forget the whole thing, it is too easy for Betcruise to steal money totally without consequences.

                                                        No, I dont arbitrage. All standard my own bets, not copying tipsters or anything. But still low leagues...
                                                        So I dont know what they are saying with this e-mail.
                                                        Just maybe they are trying to continue operating from "cleansheet" if they have to explain something to regulators ?

                                                          Unreal. That's a new one for me, usually sportsbooks like 1xbet don't pay without giving a reason, this Betcruise decides to cancel several months of bets because their terms and conditions state they are allowed to do so.

                                                            As I see this Betcruise licence is from Curacao BANANA country. And CURACAO is not taking care for players funds as a gambling license issuer of Betcruise and you wont get any respond from them if you write them.
                                                            So Betcruise can do what they want. Thats all

                                                                I think it is totally meaningless to even think about the probable reasons why the shitty book Betcruise don't pay some bettors. Betcruise have not payed to anyone this year (ok they have made two known SMALL payments during this YEAR) the only reason Betcruise have not to pay bettors is because they steal their customers money.
