Betcruise did'nt pay my money

I have problems with bookmaker Betcruise https://www.betcruise.com . My ID in it - 63115598. 6 days ago I requested withdrawal 35 USD, but still don't get my money.
My account is verified.
Live support doesn't answer when I get my money and just pull time.
Help me please return my money.
I can send all necessary documents.

Nothing new with this total scam-site.
The verification is a joke because the have no intention to pay you anyway.
Even if it is almost comical that they don't pay even 35USD, onn the other hand if this scam would pay 35USD I would try to get my money out in small rates (it could take some year).
I really wonder what have the F rated books have done to get their F rating as this C rated 100% scam has not payed any real payments for months.

@SBR: Seriously, can you please consider a re-rating for this book? It's a pain that a book that cannot pay out 35 dollars has the same rating like billion dollar companies like Tipico or bet-at-home. This is not justifiable at all.

None of these cases are funny, it is not funny that thieves like Betcruise can steal peoples money, not bigger sums nor smaller ones. The thing that amazes is that they don't care at all, they would not notice in anyway if they paid 35USD and would get some even if minor positive publicity. Maybe they could get B+ rating if they pay 35USD.

The payments reported here last months are very odd. Probably they have not made payments for months(one person that acually not have written their first post in these threads have got a couple of hundreds during the last months).
Your possibility to get your money would be that it is a small sum. But they don't care at all so probably you will not either get your money. Why pay when you can steal and steal without consequences.

It is a bit funny that there is actually any book lower rated than Betcruise, they have not payed for months to any real persons. Is it not the most important thing that you have any chance to get your money?
Have the D rated books done worse than stealing from people? The other C rated books, have they also made 0 payments last months?

19.02 I request to withdraw rest of my balance ($ 31.5), but they didn't make it for today, although it has already been 8 days.
I can't enter live chat, it seems that they blocked it for me. On email they still don't answer.

I got few days back basically same answer from "Compliance & Licensing Department" that few months ago Betcruise livechat support sayd (before they went offline): contact them by e-mail.
Dont know how many times I have tried this past 4 months... Obv I haven't received any answer to my e-mails...

Will wait little more and try to contact again with this "Compliance & Licensing Department" as they were informed by Betcruise that all pending requests are being dealth with or have been settled...

I do not remember if he said like this? Parts of some thread were deleted but I think that was just my posts.
I thought already then that they should be downgraded and, well I do not understand their rating today either naturally. I would like to know the reasons why they are not downgraded? Surely depositing is an enormous risk today.

Sadly waiting two months for a deposit from Betcruise is a short time. There is a very very big risk that the wait will be eternal.

I would even more like to know why they are not downgraded without any payments for a long time. Is there any reason for this, is there ANY reason to believe that they will try to pay? If a new customer deposit he loses his money.

I recall the conversation, I actually said the rating was being reviewed now. I did expect a downgrade to follow but did not say that.

It'll still be here somewhere. No reason any mod would delete that.



We have managed to contact a tech supplier to Betcruise and a senior person from there is trying to get us some more info. No other news right now though.
