Bet2u.com is Scam , Not pay

i deposited $39.5 with bet2u.com and received 100% bonus. i made total $307.95 . also i wagered 16X . Balance added in my main balance, but when i going to withdraw bet2u did not allow me to withdraw. finally i got message from bet2u.com , i violation bonus trems . so my all bonus and winning cancelled. only my orginal deposit $39.50 rest in my account and my account is on hold. please give me solutions.
