Hi - What was the last explanation they gave you?

Thanks for the reply. They originally told me 24-48 hours. Then I was told 3-5 days. Then I was told to expect it over the weekend. None of those things happened obviously. Spoke to the " payout Dept" yesterday and was told management is aware of my request and they are working with their processor. Just seems to me like I am getting the run-around. Seems way too long for a Bitcoin payout.

Hi TJ, if you submit a sportsbook complaint form we can reach out to them for you about what is happening.

They have had slow-pay issues like this over the years but I have not seen anyone complaining about it for quite some time.

Good morning. How do I know if you were able to successfully reach out to sportsbettingonline.ag? I was able to get an email address for Dave Johnson but I still have not heard back from him. Thanks

Don't panic I had a similar thing happen there. My first 2 payments were 4-5 days then my 3rd took almost 3 weeks but I got it. I have heard of a couple similar delays in the past but they always pay. After a week of waiting I politely called every few days inquiring on my payout and eventually got it. It's too bad it's a pretty good bonus book but I can't justify re depositing there after the slow pay.

You will be emailed by a dispute agent when the case is allocated.

^^^ But this is pretty much what will happen and the best way to handle it.

If Dave doesn't answer, he simply does not have an answer for you I'd guess. And he doesn't seem to have a lot of control over the payout queue anyway. Always defers to the payment manager when i have spoken with him about slow pays.

Just the polite regualr follow up really does seem to work best with them.

Thanks for the replies guys. I have been calling and politely asking the girls that answer the phones why it's taking so long. I also asked to speak to a supervisor or Dave Johnson but I was told Dave is only reachable by email. He still hasn't replied to my email. Going on 10 days now of waiting.

Jnas were your payouts via Bitcoin?? Still no payout for me. Approaching 12 days now. And cannot get a straight answer from anyone that works for this book.

good luck, like others said they pay SLOWLY at times

i remember betowi (sister book) used to pay me once a month, and if i didn't take the call (or get all their silly codes to work) then i had to wait another month, frustrating

Yes it was bitcoin after a week or so I would speak to Karen I called every 3 days or so and got the same processer BS everytime. Then out of the blue I got a call and they asked if they could pay with etherum instead. I sent them an etherum address and got paid it was about 3 weeks or so from my original request.

Unfortunately it seems as though they may be waiting on deposits to pay out withdrawals. its bad enough you have to pay $50 for a grand max then they make you sweat for a couple weeks. After a couple weeks I was starting to worry I was going to get stiffed but then saw some similar cases in the past where they were just slow. My best advice is be nice but persistent Hope you get it soon!

Thanks Jnas. Same thing with me....I have spoken to Karen a few times. Just talked to her again this morning and she told me it would be processed today. I told her I'll believe it when I see it.

good luck let us know when you get it. that Karen lady is very nice. It must not be an easy job to try to make up excuses all day on why people aren't paid timely.

great point

I can't imagine telling people all day every day that you are having "processor issues"... yeah the issue is that there is no money at the processor!
