Anyone else having to wait a very long time to get their payout?

Been 7 days for me for my Bitcoin withdrawal. They sent out an email today saying there is a technical problem with their processor at the moment.

I just put in a 5k bitcoin withdraw request. My last 5k withdraw was two weeks ago and everything went well.

I got paid this morning. Took over a week because something was wrong with their processor.

Got paid, took 5 days which is a joke. Shouldnt take but a few hours to send a bitcoin withdraw

i always have to contact them 3 times and that usually hurries things along... but yeah it is always like 5-7 days

that time frame is unacceptable for bitcoin.

Got paid today......took 4 days ish. 10k worth of withdraws in 2 weeks. Up over 14k on them in a month. So far so good.
