    Betonline Issue
    Betonline have canceled my pending withdrawal. They say on chat that my account is being reviewed. I had a good run last week and made 2-3 withdrawals... Worried that such a big sportsbook flag you after winning some money. And also they have a terrible CS team. They took 11 days to handle a simple problem I had. Are they in trouble? Is there someone else having problems being paid...?

        They are not in trouble.

        Don't sweat it. Not abnormal and they treat players fairly. If you have done no wrong, you'll be fine.

            Yes they cancelled 5 withdraws in a row from me claiming log ins from other countries and wanting me to explain it...I explained I dont use VPNs or proxies.
            I have no idea how explain what ZEB wants me to explain its a stalling tactic.
            These guys are crooks...Only one that seem to be getting paid from this scam site are high profile forum members and bloggers.
            they just screw and ignore others at will.

                They NEVER respond to emails,oh,some will come on here and say they do,but that would be a LIE,because they don't! Their CS is beyond horrible

                    This is the 10th day they have blocked me from making my withdrawal. I made a payout request and they canceled it leaving a message that they will make a 72 hours standard review of my account. 10 days and tens of mails later, including me sending Id to verify my account they have not responded and canceled every payout I made (I thought after 72 hours my account normality was restored but no...). Terrible sportsbook.

                        I will wait till tomorrow. Prior to this they took exactly 11 days to fix a simple problem I had with the system. The same for the payout. So maybe 11 is my lucky number...

                            Betonline refuse to pay me for 2 werks

                            Exactly 2 weeks ago I submitted my withdrawal at betonline: almost 900 usd. They canceled it pending review. One guy on live chat told me that there have been ip issues. I explained that I use my account everywhere: work, bars, public internet... they asked for Id which I sent. I had no any reason to cheat betonline, never asked for any bonus or anything else of this nature. No money taken expect my deposits.
                            During this time I asked again for payout which was canceled prompty. Since then I have sent many many emails and messages. They just say that they will escalate to security departament... For me 2 weeks are too much. I really wonder if O ever will get my money

                              Today betonline locked my account. No email nothing. I filled the complain form of sportsbookreview.com. hoping they will help. I have 879 usd on my betonline account. This idiots are treating me like D rated sportsbook

                                  They cancelled 5 of my withdraws(each cancellation drew messages from me that ranged from irritated to homicidal )They cited the IP thing with me also... its either a stalling tactic or they are being hacked to pieces.
                                  I could not find a way to update my phone number on the site the one I used to have hadnt been used in 5 or 6 years I think.
                                  somehow they found my current number Im guessing maybe from one of thier sister sites.But they finally cashed me out after 9 or 10 days of
                                  teeth grinding.
                                  The sad part is that the cashout was just a test run to see how fast BCH cashouts are before I started betting NFL I like to wait till week 4 or 5 of the season before I start cranking out action bets.That dinky little $100 cashout has turned me off to BOL
                                  really really wish they could get these issues resolved because I liked the site until the best part(cashouts)slowed my roll.

                                  I hope this can get fixxed before your next round of betting gets missed out on.

                                    I am unable to login, getting an error that says to contact customer services.
                                    Got this answer: Dear Samuel,My name is Alice from Player Service. I hope this email find you well. We certainly understand your concern in regards of accessing the account.This email is to inform you that your account is close, this is the reason why you cannot access the account.Please contact us at 1-888-426-3661 and request the extension 5070.
                                    I called to talk about my account to customer service (number 1-888-426-3661), waited for 10 minutes on hold with no answer. I sent my documents to them. No answer.I have joined BetONLINE about 2 weeks ago. I made ONE deposit of $50 via Bitcoin, with no bonus.My total balance is $114.
                                    Where it states : If we can't get through to you via telephone, e-mail, or any other means your account will be temporarily suspended. Terms and condition set out detailed rights and obligations of BetOnline and players.They can limit me, close my account, but must pay me my winnings and deposit in full!

                                        It sounds like making demands is not working for you Newman.

                                        I'd suggest to try talking with them and giving them a little time to investigate instead.

                                        They have a good track record of fairness.

                                        If you can't sort it out amicably with them yourself, feel free to submit a Sportsbook Complaint form and SBR can reach out to a manager to review the situation for you.

                                            I am facing the same issues with them. My account is B2168121. I filed a complaint one week ago, but I didn't get reply from SBR. I didn't accept shit like this when i opened my account. I didn't have any ill-intent or any intent to gain any bonus.What a shit book

                                                    If a sportsbook treats their players with fairness it means they have to keep their word. I have a saved live chat dated Sep 8 with them telling me I had 30 days to roll over a bonus. Bonus was issued on Sept 30. After I hit2000 and increased my bonus balance to 2300 on Oct 2, the bonus disappeared. They told me it expired. Not keeping their word does not equal them being fair

                                                      Did they give you a reason for expiring it then?

                                                      Which bonus was it? What do the written terms say?

The link they gave me just sent me to betonline home page. So, I asked all relative questions including how long I had to complete roll over. Rep told me 30 days. I was told same on phone day of deposit. Even if it did expire on Oct 1st they told me I had 30 days to clear roll over. One would then take that to mean bonus code has to be redeemed in Sept and then u have 30 days to complete roll. Isn't it also suspicious that they took it away on Oct 2 not Oct 1st and right after i hit 2000 dollars?

                                                          Ok gotcha.

                                                          They usually won't take a CS chat over the written terms (as people try to angle shoot that way regularly) but it sounds like a genuine misunderstanding so a manager might over rule it.

                                                          It is unexpected to not be cancelled on the 1st, but been dealing with them for long enough to be almost certain there's nothing suspicious about it or the timing of winning 2k. If they nickle and dimed people over 2k trying to enforce fake bonus rules we would know for sure. They might just give people 24 hours extra to avoid problems over time zones and when it ends.

                                                          If you send in a sportsbook complaint form SBR might try reaching out to a manager asking for a goodwill decision. (which might be giving you a do over of the bonus from previous experience)

                                                          I'd probably reach out to Dave Mason myself if I was you. Just explain it was a misunderstanding caused by CS telling you had 30 days and ask if he can do anything for you as you are really disappointed with the response so far.

                                                              Also, if getting a redo is my only option I really could care less as it was a 112 bonus that I increased to 2300, a slots bonus. Unless I can get the bonus back the way it was, which I believe is the only fair thing to do as I was told on phone and on live chat that I had 30 days. Those are their reps and as a sportsbook they need to keep their word. I was issued the bonus on Sept 30th and it expired hours later. The only thing that makes sense is that the bonus needed to be claimed by end of Sept and then 30 days to complete

                                                                      It's a direct violation of our agreement.If a party's failure to perform its obligation amounts to a fundamental non-performance, the other party may terminate the contract. But they refuse to close my account and return my money.
                                                                      I feel just them spitting in my face and insulting me. I think the most depressing thing about these issues is how silent SBR has been about it.
                                                                      How can BOL demand from the player that which is not stipulated by the contract? They refuse to answer me this question. "We will not further assist you"
                                                                      And in your opinion, is this normal?My account has been verified and reopened before!!! Next time they will ask to come to their office in Panama? Well, why not? Is The Law Really Applied Equally to everyone?SICK. Is this A+ book?
