Major double charge issue with heritage
So I just logged in to my account and noticed a sizable amount of money missing from my balance on heritage. I called customer service they told me that back in July numerous customers were double charged by their processor. They stated that they took the money and put it into my heritage account which I don’t remember ever happening. They are now saying The money that they took out of my account today was to cover the double charge back in July because I old them money from it. They told me that I will be receiving a credit back to the card that I used that was double charged within six weeks from now. This all isn’t adding up has anyone else had this issue today.

This doesn’t make sense at all why take the money out of my account on heritage if you’re just going to credit the money back to my debit card that I was double charged on so confusing

Sounds like this would be easy to confirm with your account history and card history. If you'd like us to ask on your behalf please write in to mail@sportsbookreview.com with your account number.

I can’t see Back far enough on my heritage account history it only goes 30 days. My bank card statement has no charges on the date that they are stating for that amount

            Heritage:
You made a deposit, and then the card processor informed us they had charged the customers twice, what Heritage did? Credit you this amount on 7/20 at 10:49 am. Then what happens on September 7th ? The processor tells us, the charge was not done twice, so this money we credited on July 20Th, believing it was charged to your card twice, had to be removed , because it was not double charged to our customers

            Me at 15:15, Sep 25:
Again why am I being forced to pay for this mistake

            Heritage at 15:15, Sep 25:
so basically you got the deposit twice, but only paid once for it, so the adjustment was made to all the accounts affected, leaving the accounts even, in your case, it was not, because you did not have the available money to cover this. So how does it work when money is owed? Payments deduct 20% of any payout request you make in the futurew , until the amount owed is covered

Do you recall receiving the double credit for a deposit in July Phillyhata1?

I don’t ever recall noticing an extra 200 in my acct. they are saying that i made a deposit in March the double charge happened in June now. They are saying they took the cash out of my acct today because they issued me a refund on sept 7th for the double charge. However I won’t see the refund for 4-8 weeks. All really confusing. They did provide wagers that I made with the extra 200 they credited me but I never noticed because I had a significant balance at the time must be I don’t even remember

You or them sound confused somewhere.

You have been given several different stories by the looks.

What you posted being told in post #6 sounds like the most logical real explanation to me.

I'd email your details to SBR Forum and let them get onto a manager for you and confirm for sure.
