UPDATE: Everything has been resolved. See post #14.
So, I have been with bookmaker for about 4-5 weeks. I have had no issues with them at all. I made 7k in profits last week, 1800$ so far this week. A total 21k in the account. I started with a 39k rollover and am now at around 6k so I cant withdraw my money. BUT not they disabled my account....
One thing I was having issues with was not being able to figure out how to live bets. So I contacted customer support.
They said I needed to resubmit my ID, so I did. it got rejected, they said the lighting wasn't good enough. So I did it again, then they said I need and ID with selfie. So I did that. That went under review. Still had access to my account no issues, all i was trying to do was get LIVE BETTING. I went back on about an hour after submitting to see if it was all good and couldn't log on.
I was like ughh, okay. So I contacted support and they said my account had been disabled much to my dismay. I instantly get upset...I mean...who wouldn't I have 21k in the account. 5500$ of my own personal money. So yes I was upset because I basically feel like I am being robbed. I ask them how this is possible, they wont give me an answer. They say I have to talk to the guy in charge of my account and that he is a manager and in a meeting..to contact them in an hour.
So about an hour or so goes buy and I get back on chat. To which I am told he left for the day and that I have to wait until 2pm PST to try to get back in touch with him and no one else is allowed to tell me what is wrong or anything else. I am pretty pissed off at this point. He tells me I have to ask for Javier. I was like is there a manager there I can talk to...he proceeds to tell me managers to not talk to customers...which blows my mind considering he told me management held my account and were the only once that can re-enable it...now he tells me managers dont talk to customers. At this point I am just pissed off, I did a ton of research on online sports books because I can't use my William Hill or go to a casino in Vegas because I AM DEPLOYED. I have been deployed since Sept 3rd. So I chose bookmaker.eu because they have a really good reputation and extremely high betting limits with easy withdrawals. So I am pretty surprised by everything that has taken place.
So at this point I stop arguing with the live chat person because its going in circles and I am getting more pissed. So I decide to call customer support and try to get a manager or supervisor on the phone. Because 1. I have no idea where my 21k is and 2. I am missing out on bets I meant to place.
I get a hold of someone who tells me the same thing the live chat people say. So I ask for a supervisor...this guy gets on the phone pretty much yelling at me and being a complete asshole. Tell me to stop calling and starting live chats they cant help me yadda yadda yadda. So i was like, you are telling me I just have to sit here and do nothing while my 21k is potentially just lost??? I am not okay with this. I ask why my account was disabled. He wont tell me. So I am getting extremely pissed, to put it lightly i lost my temper. He was being an ass, I am freaking out cause my money is in limbo. I go off on him, he proceeds to lose his cool and flies off the handle on me, tells my account is disabled because I have multiple accounts with charge backs...I flipped shit at this point. I was like I dont have any other accounts, I have never made any other account or ever filed a charge back on anything or anyone in my entire life. I can prove all of this. I have an account at WIlliam Hill which i was betting through up until I deployed. I also have one at betonline but never funded it because I liked bookmaker more.
So we exchange some harsh words towards each other and he then proceeds to hangup on me. Whatever. We weren't getting anywhere. So the live chat earlier told me to chat back with them at 2pm...when i was talking with him it was around 230pm. When i talked to the supervisor he told me to call at 1pm. ABout an hour or after hanging up with the supervisor I called back after I cooled off to just apologize to him for losing my temper. I mean 21k at stake and no one is helping or giving me information. The guy I talked to after calling back tells me to call back at noon...so now i am sitting here like wtf. I have been told 3 different things. And given weird reason's as to why I am not able to access my account.
I am going to try calling at 7am PST and then again 8am if I cant get a hold of Javier. Basically I will be calling every hour until I get a hold of this guy.
But sitting here for the last 16 hours...has been driving me crazy. Let me be very clear, I CAN afford to lose all the money or I wouldn't be gambling with it. But to have someone take 21k I am not okay with. Has anyone here ever dealt with this before. Has bookmaker.eu done this to other people? I have read stuff like this happening in other sportsbooks but never found a single thing about bookmaker.eu doing this.
I know everyone will probably tell me to just calm down and talk to them but this is extremely frustrating for me. And I am using this forum to vent and ask what you think.
No I have not submitted a complaint yet. I want to wait to see how today pans out. Just want to see if anyone else has had this issue.
