LowVig.ag Login Issues

Anyone that uses lowvig having login issues? I was on this morning but have been trying to login for the past hour with no luck. I enter username and password and click LOGIN but absolutely nothing happens. I've cleared my cookies and restarted my computer to no avail. They don't have chat or phone but I've emailed and now waiting for a reply which they are sometimes slow to respond to.

That didn't work either but thanks for responding. Do you have an account at lowvig and if so are you able to login? Still waiting for them to reply to my email.

I dont have an account but when I put in rndom info the form gets processed. So I think it is working.

I guess you have tried a different browser?

Worked then and now on my phone

Yes, I've tried chrome and internet explorer. I was logged on but my balance and pending info was missing and I should have left it alone because that's happened before and the missing balance and pending would come back in a bit. But, I clicked logout and figured i'd just log back in and the missing balance info. would be back but that's when my problems started with logging in. Tried another computer also with no luck. But, this site has been somewhat problematic as they are the sister site to BOL but nothing like back when the DOS attack took place. Oh well, still waiting for an email reply.

Log in is not working on Chrome or Firefox.

Definitely there's an issue.... it won't even allow you to hit the Enter button. Address bar is not even responding.

Yes, I was able to get in @ tablet.lowvig.ag using my computer. I DO NOT like the mobile site. I reckon it will work to get my funds out if they can't fix it. Gosh, just when I thought the site issues were over up jumps this. I really like playing at lowvig.

if i ran a website, and it was having login hours (for multiple hours if not all day) id put a message on the homepage that I am aware of the issue. Feels like common sense, especially when there is not a phone number or live chat for customer service (and my email customer service is way too slow considering I have no phone and chat)

They seem to run LowVig differently than most sites... Sometimes a specific sport won't load on select days.... like about 2 months ago... MLB wouldn't load. By the time techs fixed the page... the day was over. I highly recommend having another back up book.... just in case it happens.

By different , do you mean worse? Is this the end of world? no. but its pretty bad to not have working site for 12 hours and no comment. Obviously backup sites are needed, but that doesnt give them a pass for today.

I believe LowVig is a sister site of BetOnline... so we know the issues going on over there...

Like all BOL and Lowvig issues, it has absolutely nothing to do with your ISP, your desktop browser or its settings. They are fully aware of the issues and yet they are lying about it -- from the lowest CS right up to mgmt. Draw your own conclusions.

They finally responded to my email from last night, unaware of any issues. How are they the last to know? I still cant get on (besides mobile).
