It appears that betonline has a liquidity problem when it comes to paying out in bitcoin. As we all know, bitcoin exchanges do their KYC with large clients and maybe their supplier got cut off.

Evidence supporting this is the fact they are paying 5% above spot price for bitcoin deposits. They NEED bitcoin hence the promotion. It appears they don’t have enough bitcoin to pay people out as many are reporting significant delays of a week or two.

Yes they have enough money to pay people but if everyone deposits with card and other methods and ONLY requests bitcoin payments, you can see the issue here.

Constant delays of 4+ business days appears to be the norm of betonline for the past month or so from the payouts thread. People do not realize how much bitcoin payouts are made per day. A much smaller book Betnow, pays out 250k/day in bitcoin withdrawals, hence why you will often see the withdrawal option unavailable later in the day when the daily quota has been met. I can only imagine how much Betonline processes, probably millions everyday. With that much volume, a supplier issue is very possible.

If what you are saying is true ( no way to know) a little transparency could go a long way. Be up front about it so every bitcoin payout doest feel slow paid

yes eagles fan, this makes perfect sense cant agree with you more. I'd just wish they would tell me "hey, having trouble paying out BTC now, we can send this or that method." Dont string me along and send B.S. emails saying im logging on from new devices or crap like that and cancel my payouts man.

well their customer service is usually pretty frustrating... i'm still banging my head against a wall on an issue that should've been fixed more than a week ago

Welp. that's it for betonline. they cancelled my payout 3 times. when i finally contacted support they said there shouldn't be a problem with my request and to try again. now they want me to send in a picture of me holding a utility bill.... but i'm locked out of my account. gg

Well one good news in this thread. I can confirm payout received high 4 figs via btc yesterday. Cost me over 2k profit if they sent 3 days ago b4 btc jump but beggars cant be choosers.

I had the same issue. I am happy to say a guy spent 2 hours on the phone with me today and got it cleared up. 3 total payouts all submitted at once or $10 in BTC, LTC, and ETH. LTC hit very quick, the other two I am still waiting. I was skeptical because of everything people said, but I am very much supporting this book moving forward after this great experience.

So I had no issues getting max payout of all three coins. LTC is the only one to arrive so far but they said it can take up to 24 hours which has not yet passed.

One thing I found out about through this process is they are VERY STRICT on IP Addresses being in different locations and playing the book / making wagers somewhere out if state from the one you reside in. It seems many people are having that issue. Be proactive and explain the area(s) you make wagers from and they will understand quickly and move on to get you your funds. I have a house on SC and was moving to FL. I've been playing in FL past 3 months and they put me on a 72 hour hold. When I explained that and sent a FL utility bill, they quickly moved on and approved the 3 $10k payouts worth $30k total. I even received about $50 more in the LTC payout.

BOL to you all, but let me know if you have any questions because I just ran into this scenario and probably can explain any of their angles since I had to deal with them.

You will get paid as long as you are a straight forward player with nothing to hide. Do not worry, I did and it was never needed. They will pay you everything to the penny.

They should be the ones proactive. If they have a problem with a client playing in multiple states, they should contact the client when they notice it. Not when a withdrawal is requested. Otherwise it gives the horrendous optic that they are just trying to slow pay a customer.

Yes, I agree. I suggested they put it in their T&Cs. They said they would take that suggestion down but who knows.

Either way, it is safe. Took under 24 hours to get everything that hit today. I even got about $50 more on each withdrawal, so the guys saying they short, but wasnt the case for me.

Just want people to know if they are worried, dont be. But definitely get in front of the different IP address locations and it will go super quick.

No email or info saying why just canceled....ive been member for 10+ years using occasionally of late 90% for race book... never take deposit bonus...Really $330 cancel without emailing or message why....Come on now

I requested a payout just now as a test. 1st of all, the funds were taken right out of my account. Never had that happen before. Not sure if it was a glitch or a conscious attempt to speed things up. I noticed another new glitch as well id prefer not to post here but did inform them. Lets see how this payout goes for a long time customer. I havent gotten funds in under 24 hours from them in forever but with funds taken right out, i feel like theirs a chance. Also a chance it could take all week. lets see........

holy shit. The bitcoin is pending in my wallet. under an hour from request. I have no idea wtf happened. honestly this kind of scares me. 48-72 hours has been my norm over the last year. this is bizarre.

this was a smaller than usual payout for me. maybe thats the reason? no idea. sorry for all the posts, and i feel bad for the people having issues. Im sure they are real issues and betonline needs to be better. But maybe this is a step towards improvements. i dont know.

Guess mine was due to vpn as i was logged in from Canada when did withdrawal requests so i sent them my reason and home ip info...i submitted new one and like above poster it processed lightning fast 2 hours hit wallet so A+ on that...i think mentioning sbr like i did helped....but i wish they would tell you when they cancel payouts why not just cancel and leave u hanging.....nice email from them and i like the security..

Guys - got $30k immediately after the IP thing. I know people said they need to be proactive, but now we have all identified they take this seriously. If you wager or make withdrawals from outside your State that is listed as your home address on your account, be proactive in explaining your situation and it'll go lighting fast.

Glad to hear everyone is getting paid. I don't think they are going to stiff anyone, it's just in our nature to think so since they take deposits so quick.

That being said, max payout of $10k at Bookmaker this AM. Submitted at 9AM est, have the funds as we speak 2 hours later. They are hands down the best if youre okay without having anything to play outside of sports as their casino is just old software and no poker is offered.

Yea that's what I said to them, but it is apparently for security reasons. Just explain you are going to be traveling and making bets away from home, so note it down to ensure it won't mess with the payout process.

If it takes more than a day or two, or you got a payout cancelled, call in and ask to speak to the Finance department. I had a guy stay on the phone with me, ask a few questions, and approved all (3) $10k requests of BTC, LTC, AND ETH. Worked like a charm.
